$12 cuts, they get the job done. Obviously nothing great, but for that price I think they do just fine. They don't speak english very well though, so beware of that. The cuts though are fine and what you'd expect for $12.

Not a fancy place. Just good haircuts with thorough shampoos for almost nothing by very nice people! I've been going there for almost 20 years!
