Security gate up and locked 45 min before posted closing time. Woman on her phone and rudely just shouts “we’re closed”. Not sure how they are in business.

Not sure how this place works. She asked me what I needed very rudely from outside of the barred windows. I asked her for a smoking pipe and she just shook her head no. On to the next!

Went on Sunday closed, had a sign on the door says will open Monday at 11 am. Went back at 1230, saw people leaving store, I opened the door, lady says we are closed. Will never return, cannot make up there minds if they are open or closed. Find a different shop.

To anyone that thinks this shop is odd they just don't know wat they r talking about just cause u don't know who runs the spot it is strang.... Let me say something iv been in almost every kind of smoke shop and this one tops all they make u feel like FAM and that is a big part of a successful business ..so my hat gos off the SMOKY LOU'S SMOKE SHOP BEST AROUND.....
