“This so-called "UHaul Neighborhood Dealer" is actually Kayso Intl Inc. The white young man working there is fantatic. He went out of his way to help; without him, I would be in deep trouble.
On the other hand, UHaul's headquarters and regional office administrators and managers are terrible. They screw things up. They just sent me a feedback form and offered me to share it here. My feedback is "The question "Did your goods arrive safely" does not make sense. You have not shipped it to my home, how do I know whether it arrives safely. There are other things that do not make sense. For example UHaul emailed me a couple receipts tonight seemingly related to the UBox rental but it uses code like "AA" as the "equipment" I rented and language that is non-understandable. No idea what UHaul are talking about. That clearly shows that UHaul workers are very self centered and do not really know what they are doing."”

“The owner George is super honest. I work for and HVAC company and we take our vehicles here to get serviced. He quotes us and never pressures us to make the repair. It's always a recommendation, and if there's multiple repairs needed, he'll recommend what to prioritize.
There was one time that they accidentally cracked one of the rear lights and to be honest, I wouldn't have known but he went ahead and replaced it. This place is owned by a man of integrity and we'll keep bringing our vehicles to him.”
“Best customer service for propane refill both times I went! They not only gave me a very reasonable price for the propane but they explained the life of a tank and carried the heavy full tank to my car and loaded it. Thank you!”

“My first experience and i can't say anything than great. I had my car trailer attached for the first time, they explained me everything and they found out also a problem with a mixed wrong wire from the cable, they solved with a trick and adaptor and allowed me to go out for the journey. Thank you see you next time!”
“Great rentals good prices flexible with using rentals we walked in and pushed and carried our rentals to a home nearby didn't have to get a trailer for the stump grinder or ladder we rented. Takes about 4 full days to return the deposit though.”

“We have a commercial account and rent from this location a lot. Paul the owner?/manager? takes customer service to the next level. He's always there to assist when needed. We recently had a time-sensitive problem with a tire on a 26' truck and he had someone out there to change out the tire in less than an hour. I will sing Paul's praises to whomever will listen.”

“Service was good but they forgot to tell me at the start where the liftgate button was or that it has one and had to spend unnecessary time on that but we called and found the button and it worked fine after that
If not for that I would have given them 5 stats”

I remember the first time I rented from them I found there ad in the yellowpages ,I first rented here in 2010 and Lucas helped me out to get where I needed to go so smoothly.. and promptly …then I met his brother as well as there father who also has a car sales lot not too far from Xpress auto rental who are also cool guys .For over 15 years they have been there for me as well as my father for our rental car needs .When your true to your word they will have your back and will work to accommodate your rental needs .. clean cars ! “You make an appt for service & reserve parts then the parts are not here. They say they cant pick up truck & then they pick up truck. They say you cant drop trailer & then you can drop trailer. This location is super hit or miss. I think they mean well & the workers are cool and attentive but sheesh man. 0 parking & space here fyi. Good turn around time for sure.”

“I’ve used this spot 4 or 5 times in the past year to rent a U-haul, usually to transport my artwork. Came in clutch for a smog check once when picking up a truck. Dude is super nice, seems like he only has a handful of trucks/vans so it’s not like one of those big lots where you can find yourself waiting for a million years. I’m usually in and out in minutes. Totally my neighborhood U-Haul dealer. ?”
