Very poor customer service my personal experience, I didn’t have a printed shipping label so I had to go print elsewhere. Someone else with same situation, they printed his label. They are more friendly towards certain people this is completely inappropriate. When I confronted them about this they started speaking in a different language, this place needs new management.

Rude Asian lady. She pretended to help me check and told me that the tracking number is not usps. Guess what? I got my parcel in another usps store. I explained to her that this is from EU. It is an international shipping. But she interrupted me by saying do not argue with her. She was not checking at all!!!!!! Just not want to help me.

They still have my package just sitting at the P.O so far it's been sitting there 9.5 days after creation of the shipping label.

Just be prepared for any rude attitude from the staff here the only person that is always smiling and not get mad if someone ask a question is a guy with glasses white hair not sure of ethnicity but he's not Asian I think he mostly works in the back not desk but company should put him to work front desk!!! ?

Rude Asian old man has disgusting customer service. He think he the postal police ? the prepaid label drop off station is always packed and nowhere to drop your stuff off. better off going to any other branch near here if you’re a small business owner.

Everyday there are no long lines like other post offices near by. Plus the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer this location over all others. Not sure what the other people are talking about with their reviews.. 5 STAR'S from me.

The young girl who works here would rather ship out an item and not tell you the shipping cost is more than you initially paid and then when it arrives to the destination they have you pay shipping adjustment costs! Very unprofessional service done by her I would suggest having people who actually want to help you out working instead of someone who’s just there to get a paycheck. Very upset I got charged for overdue postage after it got tendered and assuming everything was correct when dropping off packages!

This place is so old and small! I needed to drop off a prepaid package and was hoping to just scan it in and leave, but there isn't a self service kiosk here. Luckily, the place was open so I just stood in line. There were only two employees working this morning; one young African American man and one older Asian lady who spoke Cantonese and Mandarin. They were both very nice and appear to enjoy their job.

They want to give you a hard time for no reason out of spite- telling me my package size is too small to send yet when I send the same package at the location in Alhambra they have no problem. Does each usps have different label sizes? I don't think so, obviously the workers here just want to tell you no instead of doing their job

Here does not provide any quality of service, the staff, especially the Vietnam old woman was very rude, attitude is very bad, each here to mail items like owe her money, the woman refused to post anything she thinks not conform to the rules, I think she is more suitable for when the security guard, or should ask USPS to a raise.I did not violate any rules, she always corrected and refused to mail to you, I went to another USPS, the staff there was very friendly, immediately help me mail it. Sometimes your item maybe is a few ounces over weight. Don't worry that I'm not taking advantage of you. I paid for the shipping fee on ebay. And ebay backstage automatic charges if extra for items that are overweight. A few ounces, I'm not taking advantage of you. You don't have to get rage.This is not the American spirit of service, you are not here to help others, or to friendly remind others. You do not have a good attitude to work, then please leave, the service industry does not need your bad attitude to threaten and yelling others.

When you're in a service position don't think you are above yourself, please learn to respect others first. 2022 USPS should hire people who are more willing to serve, and such people can be invited home.
