“For my first visit the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly , patient, helpful, and very good service here. There was a nail in one of my tires yesterday, causing a slow leak in my back right tire. They spent sufficient time on patching and fixing the tire. I am very happy with the service and repair, my tire looks and drives like new. I am planning to come here next time I need tires, they have good tires, financing, and payment plans. Thank you!”

“Great customer service to start off. Wheels and tires arrived fully assembled, balanced and TPMs installed along with all the lug nuts and locks. As they state on their website, you will get a call to go over any possible fitment issues. Shipping to the Midwest only took a few days. The packaging went above and beyond what I was expecting as well. I purchased a set of Giovanna Tulum 24×10 wheels and a suggested set of 275/35/75 Lexani LX Twenty tires. I think they look fantastic and super happy with my purchase.”

“I honestly had such a great experience here!!!! The mechanic was honest, knowledgeable, and super efficient. He was upfront about all the costs before starting any work and got my car back to me much faster than I expected after replacing the starter.
He also took the time to answer all of my questions about other issues with my car and even referred me to trusted specialists for things outside his scope which showed me how much he cares about his customers rather than making a quick sale.
On a fun note, we realized we both work for FedEx, and he shared a bunch of cool things to do around the city. It honestly made the experience feel more personal and friendly.

“I needed two tires repaired due to nail holes. They offered a possible replacement of all 4 tires which I was afraid of. When I politely refused they agreed to fix the tires which they did in short order. At the end he suggested I come back later on and we can replace two tires at a time to help with costs. “Very happy with the repair work that was done on my wheel. I had hit a LA pothole and developed a slow leak on my tire. I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told to just come to their new location (25 S. San Marino Ave) sometime before 10am. Sure enough, in about 90 minutes my tire was repaired. The gentleman doing the work was kind enough to show me the damage, quote me a price and even allowed me to sit and watch as he worked on repairing it. Having never had a bent rim repaired, I found the process fascinating. We had a nice wide ranging conversation and he even introduced me to a delicious eggplant spread from Armenia and told me the best market to buy more at! With LA roads I'm sure I'll end up with more wheel damage and I now know a great place to get it repaired.”

“Our motorhome needed new tires, and we had been putting it off for quite some time. We finally booked an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM. When we arrived, we were greeted by Alex, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We were in and out in less than an hour and a half.
The staff here is outstanding—very attentive and quick to address any concerns we had. I especially appreciated that as each wheel was removed, I had the opportunity to inspect my brake calipers, pads and wheel hubs.
