“Man Ivan is the man! Always looks out for me. I will never go to any other tire shop, PERIOD!!!! I have a x2 bmw and it’s really hard to come across Run flats for my vehicle. VJC always hooks me up with reasonable, affordable prices every time!!!! Today, I ran over a sharp object, but when I arrived to swap out the flat, Julio discovered my alignment was off and all my tires were severely damaged due to pressure. Julio expressed severe concern for my safety and convinced me to swap out all 4 tires. He also educated me on different tire options and why proper alignment is essential. “Great customer service to start off. Wheels and tires arrived fully assembled, balanced and TPMs installed along with all the lug nuts and locks. As they state on their website, you will get a call to go over any possible fitment issues. Shipping to the Midwest only took a few days. The packaging went above and beyond what I was expecting as well. I purchased a set of Giovanna Tulum 24×10 wheels and a suggested set of 275/35/75 Lexani LX Twenty tires. I think they look fantastic and super happy with my purchase.”

“Went here to rotate my tires. I never take care of my car and David pointed out he wouldn't be able to rotate my tires because how bad my front tires were. Not only did he show honesty, he did not want to put me in danger. He gave me a great deal for new tires ( a better deal than Costco!) And a mechanic who is honest, is able to give great deals, while being able to explain to me what causes damage to my car and tires, is a great mechanic indeed. “I honestly had such a great experience here!!!! The mechanic was honest, knowledgeable, and super efficient. He was upfront about all the costs before starting any work and got my car back to me much faster than I expected after replacing the starter.
He also took the time to answer all of my questions about other issues with my car and even referred me to trusted specialists for things outside his scope which showed me how much he cares about his customers rather than making a quick sale.
On a fun note, we realized we both work for FedEx, and he shared a bunch of cool things to do around the city. It honestly made the experience feel more personal and friendly.

When I politely refused they agreed to fix the tires which they did in short order. At the end he suggested I come back later on and we can replace two tires at a time to help with costs.
