“Had a surprise puncture as we were on our way to take my relative to the airport so we were really worried but I called rush and told them our situation and that we had a bmw since they are familiar with them. They told us we could bring it in and they would help us and they ended up being able to patch the hole very quick and efficiently. And they were so nice. We felt very well taken care of. He installed the loaner within a half hour, no extra charge. So much better than using a spare tire! Then he replaced the new one the next day, again right away. I’d definitely come back.”
