Don’t come here I paid for a wash a the no English speaking b turned the vacuum off before I could vacuum my car an refused to turn it back on. Entire night staff extremely rude an unhelpful. I’ll never return. If your reading this I suggest you don’t waste your time or money at this horrible place

dont come here if you pay cash ..... i gave the lady a $100 bill and the pump only gave me $80 i went inside after and they said i gave $80 only and i asked sice when did this country start printing $80 bills i only gave her one bill and i never got my change back ..... the car wash is cool ...

Had a bad experience with cashier Teresa, I went to wash my car, it does says open from 7am to 10pm. I was there early and it was close, I waited for a while, other customers too. I left assuming it will open up, return and still close, left return for the third time, still close. I went inside to ask what is going on, the only thing I was told, the manager said to close it, I ask why, and she said they can do so. This is when I explained that I am paying to be able to wash my car and it’s wrong, at least put a sign saying it will be close for the day because it’s not right for me to be driving back and forth. If I would had saw a sign in the first place I would have not come back. I ask kindly to speak with the manager and she ( cashier) said can’t give you the number, so I ask is there is another number that I can call, all she said no, there is no number. I then ask what you mean, there must be a hotline or something I can contact, at this point she was very cold and I did for upset, came out of character which I am sorry for. She said I sign a contract, explaining they can close the car wash if is raining, maintenance, and so on. So I ask her if I can see it but said she could not, and said she can cancel my membership. I couldn’t understand, she can do so but can’t show me the contact. It was not raining nor maintenance being done, so what was the really reason to close the car wash. So I continue to ask for a number, she told me to call the number on website, which I did, she answered and hang up on, why would she waste my time, so it upset me more. I then went inside, it was not going well. The whole point I wanted her to understand is that why can they not put a sign so customers don’t waste their time waiting or coming back. It’s not right for me to be coming back and forth and had to pay somewhere else to get my car wash, this is just unfair. Now I was going to call the manager, but reading the reviews, I feel she will not help out, crazy part, I am seeing a number her on the reviews that the cashier could have provided me with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Laura the “manager” has poor customer service. Came in for a wash and my car was still dirty after the wash. Showed it to her and she said that it doesn’t come off and she can’t give me another wash. She looks like she hates her job. She’s rude and has a bad attitude. You should choose your managers wisely arco. You lost a 5 year customer over a 6$ wash! I didn’t want a refund, all I wanted was another car wash

This man right here is the old and bitter. He shouldn't be working there! He over charges for things that are priced differently. When you confront him he acts as if he doesn't understand English and will refuse to help you. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!

Agent was really rude did not cut on my gas pump get me out of $0.01 which is nothing much but you gypped me and I think that Loki if you are African American black then they're going to treat you unfairly so on this note I would have avoided this one as much as possible

Today I came around 2:30 a.m. find out that this place is closed I don't know for what reason for how long with no sign of the door so I guess they might be changing the name to just pmI just don't think it's fare for the customers to come by and find out place is closed indefinitely there's not even a sign in and the two guys inside don't even answer you they just make signs saying that is closed

DO NOT GO TO THE TIKI CAR WASH. For $2 more you can get a way better wash across the street. I went home after I washed my car here and asked my dad to clean the windows on the inside because they don't do that here. My dad was shocked that I even got a car wash because he said that it was filthy still. So embarrassed, I went back to see if they would fix it for me or give me a refund because I am not happy with that at all in anyway. The manager there was a complete B! You guys are acting like they take something out of your pay check if you have to wash it again. Chances are you guys get paid u der the table if you know what I mean! You guys just lost my business forever. You guys don't even deserve one star! Instead of just doing it again they also made me go actually go through the car wash without it on because I was boxed in , which piases me off more and wasted my time!!When you could've just made me a happy customer. That's a bad business.
