“Purchased a couple used machines. Upon installation machines were not working. Called several shops and no one was able to diagnose or repair the machines. Finally was referred to Alliance and they dispatched their tech Hector. He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem and get the machines working properly. Something three different techs couldn't figure out or simply didn't want to take on the challenge.
