“After five years of having grabbed a Honda Civic, 2018, the transmission began to be a strange noise, as if a bearing was wearing out, like when a bearing starts to make noise in the Serpentine Belt area of any car and it happened only when the car was in motion, the dealer charged almost $5000 to replace it just because it had already been maybe two months since the warranty expired, in summary the noise was louder and my sister recommended this place I spoke directly with the manager is a serious person who speaks directly with the truth here they do not rebuild engines or transmissions there they get you what your car needs transmission or engine with a low mileage that does not exceed 50,000 miles the price they told me was $2700 to replace
the transmission not without first making a diagnosis if really the problem came from the transmission I have already a year that I did it and I have had absolutely no problems with the transmission everything perfect as if the car had never had any problems with the transmission and I use it daily to deliver amazon packages”

“This place is great. Everybody here is always helpful, and it's good to see the same faces when I walk in every time I go. Unlike Autozone, which changes employees all the time. I'm so glad they remember me when I walk in every time I go, that keeps me going back. Also they machine brake rotors takes 2 hours but they do it correctly perfect cut every time. Unlike shops that tell you it takes 30 mins to machine both of them. Great Job ??”

“Skeptical at first, but all it takes is 1 stop at quick stop and you're set. Frank the man the moth the legend is my go to guy. If he doesn't have it, he'll find it and 99.9% of the time he'll get it for you in about an hour. Ordered 4 different clutches for the same car online, and at the Zone, only for them to be the wrong ones (exedy pro clutch for a prelude 08708) wrong diaphragm in the box 3 times, ordered the valeo clutch at the zone, arrived damaged 2 days later. Finally went in, talked to Frank, ordered me a Luk clutch (German) got it 1hr later. Need parts for my Datsun 620, call up other places "we don't have it" call up Frank "I can get it for you in an hour" if you talk to Frank, you're 100, talk to the younger guy (Guero) you're golden.. talk to the older guy with glasses (sorry señor look online) any who. That's my point of view with this place. It's great, old school, and can have you're stuff at a pretty reasonable time. They turn drums, rotors, etc. Need machine work... I think they have that too. (Yet to use that service) That's my honest review. I don't like doing reviews or talking bad about people but this place deserves its credit. Treat others the way you want to be treated as a consumer and a retailer, the customer is always right is not the way people need to think. We're all human and all are entitled to make mistakes.”
