Do Not go to the atms outside they will get your card info and make another card and take all your money!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME it has happened to me and it was 2 different cards one last year and one today, took about 1000$ each card!! I will never be coming here again!!! I usually don't even come to this bank but I had to take some emergency money out and it was closest to me, I happen to come to this exact bank ONLY 2 times and this happens those 2 times!! I've never had fraudulent money taken out until I came here !! Also, the thieves literally waited till my exact pay day to take all of the money, the card was with me so I know it couldn't have been someone close to me, when you swipe your card at atm, they take your card information and duplicate it onto a new card, then they return to this bank and take the money out!!!

I visited this location on a Saturday in hope to cash my paycheck. I was informed since my employer shorted my 1st name I would have to open an account in order to cash my check. I returned Monday morning opened an account only to be told by the branch manager Rosa Timoteo that she would not cash the check. I reminded her in fact she was the one Saturday that told me I'd have to open an account in order to cash the check. What this woman did next was entirely discussing, not only did she lie and stated she never told me that. I asked for her District Manager name and number. She wrote the DM name and refused to give me her number. I contacted customer service and filled a complaint, this is the worst customer service I have ever received.

Horrible service. Seems like the cashiers get paid to do nothing. Always on break. Letting the lines get out of control. Having to wait an hour just for someone can do something so quick and simple.

Worst bank I've ever been to I want to close my B of A Account because of this bank. 2 tellers, 20 people in line. 1 manager in the back on their phone, 2 bank employees sitting on computers. Do you give a shit about your customers at all? I hope this bank closes. The worst never going back.

Zero stars if I could give that. This is the Worst bank of all times, just because my ID was damage ( just a dent) I couldn't take money from my account. Worst customer service ever, everyone looks miserable and not happy, no one in there wants to help you stay away from this facility, bank with someone else if possible.

There open 33 people are only allowed inside. It was empty when I went inside. I just went in to withdrawal before the stay at home order. The bank was clean protocols in place. Drive thru parking is the longest and a big pain it gets backup. Its better to use to ATM. There is plenty of parking

So I went to withdraw my money out from inside the bank because they have a limit of $1,000. limit on the Atm. So, because my drivers license is expired they said that I could not take out my owm money. They told me I cold go to my reg bank Chase to requests " cash advance" on my own money. So they dont care if I have an emergency in my life and need money own money quickly. I hate this Bank and how it makes peoples jump through hoops just to get their own money. I am only here because of EDD sends my money here. And we are stuck in this, I do not know how this bank is still running. -Very u happy customer.

Every time I go through the drive up atm after waiting forever once you get there you can never withdraw money !!! They never have a sign or anything else saying the atm is not working ... I'm tired of this crap !! I hate this stupid place

I had the worst experience at this bank. I came in to inquire about a letter I received and they were not helpful at all. They bounced me back from person to person with an indirect answer. I would not come here for anything other than the ATM.

I have came several times to this bank and every time I come I have a really LONG wait time. They only have two people at the window. You'd think they would put more people at the windows to make it faster and a less wait time but they do not. I do NOT recommend coming here at all. If I could I wouLd give a -5 stars!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced as a business and personal checking account holder. They are rude, favorite Latino customers over blacks and never have any staff working to assist customers who have been waiting in line for 30 plus minutes. I never have experienced such customer service at the branches in Manhattan Beach. I never recieved an actual business debit card in the mail. I can't even make deposits and do business debits. Terrible.

Not exaggerating at all: 1 Bank teller, 17 customers in teller line (line literally 1 person from being out the back door). 3 loan/new accts reps and 1 person in that line (no surprise there...) Well done BoA Fortunate, this is a one time visit for me.

I hope this gets to a branch supervisor. But you guys never have enough help for your employees at peak hours. You guys are a bank. Please stop money pinching and give more youth jobs and hours. You don't pay them much anyways for what they do. This is bad business. Help southgate get better with things like this. This city is rising for the good and there's good people here that would appreciate better service. Thanks
