4 tellers, 2 open, 2 closed. All four employees behind windows. The 2 open have clients that are over 5 min with them. Tellers are doing transactions and assisting clients with several questions on products. Causing a line. No sense of urgency from the 2 closed to open and assist. Was not acknowledged.

The worst experience ever in banking dealing with these people at the Southgate branch I would strongly recommend transfer the Wells Fargo the people are rude and unprofessional they answer the phone rudely unbelievable experience unbelievable very disturbing how can I employ people with this mannerisms Jocelynis one of the worst customer service people they shouldn’t let her talk to any customers it’s almost criminal

These tellers are really slow and like to talk. Been In line for 25 minutes 3 customers walked out and Luz being in charge didn't step up her game. I get better service Wells Fargo.

Really disappointed with my.last visit to the branch near Paramount. Went there w/o an appt to help a client transfer over business accounts. Counter person explained that we needed an appointment, which was understandable. Left contact info, and copies of the paperwork, and have not heard from anyone in.over a werk. This has not been my experience at other branches in the past. Hopefully it is some sort of glitch, and I like the bank, and especially for small businesses ...

I strongly disagree with some of your policies how is it possible that you have to wait 90 days do get a Cashier's check replacement. I find this absolutely absurd.
