Awesome staff, all the women here are very welcoming and happy to help. They are attentive and happy to answer any questions you might have and they are happy to suggest what they have on sale and any other special sales they have. The selection is beautiful for new born babies i just would like to see more variety of toddler boys but they might not have that much room for more selection since they are always well stocked. Anyway i love this store and i always recommend my friends and family to this store.

I had such a great experience yesterday evening with the help of the employee Andrea. Andrea made it very easy going and was very kind. I definitely recommend going to shop at this Carter's. All the employees are very nice, and they always have good deals for the holiday season.

All the clothes are beautiful and of very good quality. Plus the customer service is fantastic. Personally, I occupied a different line of an article... And there they ordered it for me so that it would arrive at my house. At no cost. The truth is, I love Carter's clothes. And with the service they provided me. I do continue going and shopping at that store.

Wanna just stop here to put a review for Vivian! She went above and beyond to help us find our order and explained about all the promotions, so patient an bubbly . In the other hand the other rep Maria went she came in , that lady needs better customer service, i don’t know if she was having a bad day or whatever it was but she needs better training. We avoided talking to her for the same reason but would rudely interrupt when Vivian tried to respond. We wanted to shop more after we paid but her attitude just killed it for us. That’s why people rather by online than go into the store to deal with representatives like that.Anywho please get more reps like Vivian. You rock, keep it going ??I
