I took my car in for service, and they performed the service, but they said they topped off all the fluids. However, I checked my car and it was low on antifreeze; it was at the minimum level. I don't think it's fair that they claimed to have filled all the fluids when they clearly didn't.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I was quoted $503 per month with $0 down over the phone, and I was told my credit would be run through Ford Credit. Based on that information, I came in to move forward.
Once I arrived, the terms changed significantly. I was then told I needed $1,300 down and that the payment would be $707 per month, which was a major difference from what had been discussed prior to my visit.
Afterward, I discovered that my credit had been run multiple times (seven inquiries), even though only Ford Credit had been mentioned beforehand. This resulted in a noticeable impact to my credit score, which had been around 750.
Additionally, my ID was left in a copy machine, requiring me to return to retrieve it. While it was eventually recovered, this added to the unprofessional nature of the experience.
Overall, the experience lacked transparency and clear communication. I would advise future customers to get all financing terms in writing and confirm how their credit will be handled before visiting.
