I recently visited Central Ford to test drive the new 2024 Mustang GT. The car itself was amazing but, the service that I received was even better. Issac was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I also drove the Mustang Eco boost and it was nice too. I had a very positive experience at Central Ford.

My wife was in the market for a new car.I was doing my research online and come across Central Ford as they had the car she was looking for.Instantly Jimmy Buerge the Internet Director at that dealership got back to me and we had one conversation and I was sold on working with him and the dealership.He did such a good job I ended up getting a new truck my self.So today Central Ford made to happy customers one with and E Mach Mustang and one with a Ford Raptor.Shout out to Isaac Rocha for all his help facilitating both the deals.Thanks Guys !!!

Bought a used car here and it started molding a month after purchase. The dealership refused to take a look at it without charging me money and told me to go through my own mechanic. My own mechanic found out the problem was coming from a water leak when it rains due to improperly installed windshield. So it was the dealership fault but they refuse to own up to responsibility. Please take your money and go elsewhere!!!!

I brought in my Ford Mustang for a oil change in which they used the wrong oil so they had to re-do it, I let it slide, they then let me know that my car had a small leak on the differential and would be three days which was ok since i had time at the moment. but after delay and delay of me calling them because they wouldnt let me know anything that was going on they told me they where restructuring and would be ready 2 weeks after the day of when i brought it in this was after they told me it would be ready 2 different times. what gets me mad is that they dont let you know anything.if i could give them no star at all i would service department has let me down too many times.

they still haven’t fixed my grandfathers truck after taking off the kill switch. engine doesn’t shut off when you turn the key back. now that’s crazy. never have i ever herd or seen any professionals do such a horrible job.

Really direct nice people. I had some unique circumstances with my down payment and trade-in, they were very accommodating and explained all the pricing etc. Made a fair deal on a hard to find vehicle. Exactly what I want out of a dealership, would buy next ford car or accessory here (even though the drive is fairly long from where I live).

Attention Customers, Read before you do business with CENTRAL FORD!!! On June 22, 2023 I took my 2020 Ford Escape to repair the recall. When I received my car back, the reflector on the passenger side was gone and the door panel was dented. Central Ford Service Department have damaged my car and of course, the manager denied it and the manager claimed he viewed the video recording in which I do not believe because my situation happened on Thursday (he wasn't there on that day) we spoke on June 27th. I totally regret for not reading the reviews. Read the reviews first and SEE that I am not the only VICTIM from Central FORD Dealership!! WARNING TO ALL FORD OWNERS! DO NOT GO TO CENTRAL FORD DEALERSHIP, THEY LACK INTREGRITY, CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMERS PROPERTY but most of all THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!FYI took my car for an estimate, cost came out to $2196.67

Leaving 2 stars because the person who attended me in the parts department did a good job helping me. This message is for everyone looking for OEM parts from a dealership. This place over priced every part by a large amount. Do your research on prices from other ford dealers because this place sells them overpriced. They don't offer full refunds on electrical parts even if they're sealed. I purchased ignition coils for my e-150 van and they were $112 plus tax when in reality they're priced at anywhere from $65-75 each at other dealers. This is a complete theft! And I will never buy parts from this dealer again.

I’ve had excellent experiences at Central Ford. I purchased my Explorer here a few years ago and it was a great experience. The process was painless and they found the perfect car for my wife and kids. I recently needed some work done and was treated like family by the whole team. Alejandra in the Service department to the cashier were all wonderful. As I walked through the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception from everyone around me. In particular, Kathy struck up a conversation with me as if we were long-time friends. These delightful little interactions are the kind that will undoubtedly make me want to return again and again.

This review is ONLY for the service department. I went to get my power seat switch replaced because it's still under warranty. When I get there, German Orellana tells me that their Quick Service Department is not in service right now, that I can leave my car there but it would stay there for 2 weeks, I ask for a free rental but German tells me that his manager said I CAN NOT get a rental because I did not purchase my car there, this is allegedly FORD'S policy, keep in mind I bought my car the last week of December 2022.
