“I took my laptop there Thursday afternoon. The charger wasn't working right. I had tried to replace tge cord with one from Best Buy. That didn't work either. I came here and by Thursday night they had already diagnosed the issue was that it needed a deep cleaning. The port didn't need changed or anything. Between the diagnosis and the cleaning my total was less than $200. I paid extra as my choice for the expedited diagnosis. I would HIGHLY recommend them and use them if needed in the future. My laptop works great now”
“M3 macbook air screen assembly replacement went smoothly. While somewhat more expensive than other 3rd party sellers I would recommend buying from DV warehouse. I bought a defective screen assembly off ebay but only came to that realization after installing it and powering it on. Sadge. Paid the premium for a quality controlled screen and now have a fully functioning OEM/authentic screen for my laptop. Still disappointed in Apple. The display ribbon cable is still an issue and they don't seem to care about fixing it.”
“Highly recommend, I had an emergency situation. My battery on my laptop was giving out. I needed it fixed for work. They really came through for me. After I explained my situation, they quickly accommodated me even though they had a busy schedule. They got the job done same day. My computer is working again! Great service, friendly staff. “Wow. I am super impressed with their service. The City of Lakewood has Jimmies tree service as one of their recommended list for tree removal. The 1st group has come to cut down the humongous tree in my parkway. There were about 7 men and a supervisor. One man cuts, other men maneuver the falls with a rope, other men picked up to grinder, and clean up. Job was done within an hour! Without any damaged to my hedge in front of it. Second group came for another day to grind the tree stump. They were on time and even early as expected. Grind the stump within an hour and cleaned up. Both group has done a superb job. I would definitely give this a 5 star with their fantastic service, plus their price was much lower than the other company. I'm glad the City Lakewood has recommended this company. I would highly recommended "Jimmies Tree Service" .”
“Can't say enough about Maggie in the print section. She bent over backwards to help us with our promotional material. She was extremely communicative throughout the process. She helped us with the layout and sizing since the card was a front and back postcard. Maggie went way above and beyond! Her attitude was nothing but pleasant, helpful, and professional.

“Mike was able to fix my old IMac that had a dvd stuck in it for years in less than an hour. He removed the dvd player with no visible marks or even evidence that anyone had done anything. I would take my Mac repairs to him as soon as there was a problem.”

“100% Ditto about Wendy. I have a 4 year old Prime 1800 U scanner that did not work after about 9 months of not using. I thought the problem might be the driver since both my wife and I have new laptops, one with Vista and the other with Windows 7. We left Wendy a voice message and she called back after only 30-minutes (much to my surprise). After having horrible customer service problems with other computer and electronic device support it was an amazing and positive experience to be able to listen to Wendy walk me through multiple software fixes to get rid of the old stuff and install the new stuff. End result, my wife and I now can simply plug in the scanner and continue with 2000 remaining slides. It could have been very easy for Wendy to say our device was dead and suggest we buy something new. She did not do that and I wanted to post this review so anyone that reads it will know just how honest and reliable Wendy is.... and a credit to her company for whom she has worked for 15-years. “Wanted to leave an actual employee review via best buy but they make it so hard, I just couldn't figure it out, and haven't (yet/ at the time of writing this) received a follow up satisfaction survey. Came here to say I had an awesome experience, the guy who helped me out was Jeremy the guy from the veriozon department! He was great, helpful, nice and a fun conversation. He helped me switch over my data to my new phone and was so informative, and extremely patient. It's nice to see people actually enjoy thier job. The rest of the staff was great to, and the store was great. Definitely recommend you stop by for whatever you need. Shout out to Jeremy again! Thanks a bunch!”

“I needed a few monitors, keyboard and some cables today to set up my home office, and was helped by Stephanie! She was kind, knowledgeable and found ones that would work for me. I initially went in for certain moniters but they were out of stock and Stephanie was able to find 2 similar ones that would work and still have good quality. She was patient, and kind. She described the difference between the brands/moniters! Next time you're in the laptop/gaming/moniters/desktop section, ask for Stephanie! I highly recommend her.

“Update, 8/17/26 purchased a new S26+ they were great again!! With my Best Buy membership all of the setups were covered, today's cost alone would have been about $125 to do the data transfer and Screen protector all covered in the membership.
Update, since the late time we purchased a new Dell Laptop a little over a year ago and they were great with setup and protection 3/2025.
We purchased a new Dell PC, HP printer, and LG monitor in July and have been back several times for some needed extras(data transfer, complete in home setup). We trust Best Buy and have had great service from them over the years.”

“Went in to have my ps5 repaired since the image wasn’t popping up they opened it and fixed the gpu ?. I’m giving them 4 stairs because I had to take it back because when I received my console back the first time it was cutting out pretty bad but I provided proof of it not working and since the warranty with them covered the repair they took it back and repaired it. My console works flawlessly now and I am grateful for not needing to purchase a new one or blow over 200$ Thank you!!”
