The only good thing about this Hotel is the location, it is very convenient. Service absolutely poor and breakfast is a granola bar and kids OG.

A great motel! Rooms are spacious and the room itself was spotless. The decor and room itself was a bit outdated, but everything was well functioning. There was always plenty of parking in the lots. Hotel was located right off the highway ramps so it was fairly convenient to drive anywhere.
*Breakfast notes*
Breakfast is simply Nature Valley granola bars, a mini fridge of Sunny D juice, hot water for green tea, and hot coffee. This was okay for my partner and I besides one morning where the coffee was so watered down, we dumped it out.
The only complaints we had during our 1 week stay:
- the service at the check in desk is extremely slow. We checked in to our room very late (2am) and gave them a heads up. We stood in line at the night counter for about 25 minutes with only 2 people ahead of us.
- the person next door to us stayed up pretty much all night sitting outside the room, playing phone video games at full volume that constantly disturbed us. We didn’t tell the front desk since it was very late in the night, but when telling them at check out, they could not have cared less. This was understandable since we were leaving anyways, but negatively affected our experience.

The experience was good the rooms and service was great
Rooms: Our room was pretty roomy had a lot of space inside
Nearby activities: It was a movie theater right down the block
Walkability: Everything was in walking distance
Food and drinks: It was food courts stores all across the street you did not have to drive far it was all in one place

The worst accommodation, the room was dirty just as the previous guest left it, the trash cans were full, the bathroom was dirty, even a dirty towel smelled bad ?, the bed, the pillows were messy, there was no soap on the vanity table. The towels were thrown on the bed, really the worst experience, the worst thing is that they didn't even get the money back. There was even a rake cover on the dresser. Hair everywhere, it's a crappy place.

The rooms were so dirty. Walls full of dirty and graffiti in the toilet paper holder. The rooms are so outdated and dirty. We wish we could get our money back!

Front desk clerk was rude and I could hear him tell his manager on the phone that he didn't want to deal with the drama of checking in. All he had to do was look at another screen to see that the room was already paid for. Took 20 minutes before everything was settled.

Me and my sister wanted to get a decent motel for a beach trip this place was absolutely awful they advertised for free breakfast which they did not have the room was extremely dirty there was hairs on our sheets three different colors and I had to ask for new bedding when I asked for new bedding they did not give us a blanket because they did not have any as well the floors were so dirty I literally used one of their rags to mop the floor just so my son can play I'm sure the maids did not clean behind the bed because we found somebody's old dirty nasty sock we did not use their showers because the mats were so nasty will never come back to this place the maids did not take pride in their work at least not in our room worst service ever.

AC unit didn’t work.. move to a different one.
Reservations offer breakfast.. no breakfast at all.
Electric outlets don’t work, homeless in stairway at night.
Furniture is loose about to break… so careful don’t touch things or you will be responsible with the $200 deposit they ask for

On May 10, I stayed with my family in that hotel, I rented a double room and when we got to the room, it was in very bad condition, everything was full of dust, the bathroom was dirty and the blankets smelled of humidity... spiders in the shower, very bad. all. The next day I asked the receptionist if they could clean my room well, he was kind and he said yes and when I returned I was still talking about cobwebs he told me that they were going to give me a discount for the inconvenience which did not happen and very bad service
