I've been getting delivery from here for years and everything was great. Sorry to say but maybe the new management team is lacking experience. Hope it gets better soon. They delivered the wrong order, I had to go in and ask for the right one. The staff didn't acknowledge anyone inside, had to call them out. These kids need more training for sure.

This is the second time I get my pizza 30 minutes after it came out of the oven. The app said the driver had delivered the pizza. I called 2 different times and got 2 diferent stories on why my order had not arrived.The pizzas and wings finally got deliver and did not looked fresh at all.Next time I will try pizza hut.

Josefina !!!! The delivery driver brought my pizza so fresh ? it was steaming hot my pizza she is ON TOP OF HER JOB ❤️?❤️?Kid-friendliness: Josefina is such a doll that pizza was freaking hot it was so fresh ?❤️? that lady is on top of her work ? ? ?

Placed an order to be delivered to my corporate store that I work at via the Dominos mobile app. Marked the payment option as cash at delivery time. The delivery person came to my store & left the pizzas up by the front registers & quickly left without collecting the cash payment. I went on the dominos app to see if maybe they had charged my card on file, they hadn’t. They simply delivered the pizzas without collecting any form of payment. Several hours later, a phone number I didn’t recognize started texting & calling my personal cell phone number & they said that they were the dominos pizza delivery person & they were requesting that I personally Zelle app them for the pizzas. I called the store I ordered from & spoke to a dominos rep that said that the pizzas in question for my order had not been delivered (they had) & that if I want to re-do my order, I could have that option. I didn’t understand why there was a random phone number still calling/texting my personal cell phone asking me for a Zelle money transfer then, so I blocked the number. I do not want to give my electronic payment information to anyone that I don’t know. The person started spam calling/texting my cell phone from a new different phone number saying that they were the delivery person wanting for me to Zelle money to them & that they were going to come in to my place of work the following day to look for me so they could collect a payment for the pizzas. I called the store I ordered from again & spoke to a person named Ashley who said she was the manager & I told her the situation. She told me that she didn’t instruct the delivery driver to personally call/text my number to collect a Zelle payment & that they were trying to figure out why the delivery driver’s cash drawer was short for the day. She then put me on hold (she never apologized for the unprofessionalism) & a man’s voice came on the phone & he said that the delivery driver shouldn’t have spam texted/called my phone (he never apologized for the unprofessionalism) & he inquired if I would now pay for the pizzas. I told him that in the beginning, before all this happened I would have liked to pay for the pizzas, but now after the unprofessionalism & spam text/call harassment, I don’t want to pay any money. He said that the money will come out of the delivery driver’s paycheck if I didn’t pay. He continued to say that the money should have been ready on delivery. I said that if that was the case, the delivery driver shouldn’t have delivered the pizzas without collecting a payment. He then said that their domino’s location would not deliver pizzas to my earlier specified address any more in the future. Fine by me. Think I can’t easily find another pizza delivery spot somewhere else? Bet.

First of all, all women. Im a feminist so go girl power right? Thats what i thought until i realized i had just gotten uncooked raw medium extravaganza. Yeah i was really hungry i ate the first slice like nothing, but it felt weird to eat. Slimy, wet, tough and hard. I took a good look and it wasnt cooked. Yeah i ate it all, because im poor and was not about to waste the only food i was gonna have that day, but to all the people of southgate eating from here, have some self respect. Dont buy from here.
