The amount in the screen is different than the one you actually pay. Check your receipts… the screen says a lower price and when you check your receipt the charge is higher.

the selection of clothes for men here is nice. I came and picked up a few shirts and 2 pairs of pants that seem to be very good quality.

This has the be the worst forever 21 store. I’ve been calling since 1-2 no one picks up the phone ! Like how can you work at a store and have a phone number and no one picks up lmao. Workers just be on they phones and see someone calling and they ignore it .

The customer service here is great, everyone was really nice and helpful. Everything looked really nice and pretty but i headed to the plus size section and it was so hard to find what i was looking for. The racks were very full and hard to look through them. It was very disorganized and most were just the hangers or there was just piles of clothes on the floor.

I came in looking for boots for a concert and ending getting an extra pair for when I go out. I told the cashier that online the shoes were a different price since they were on sale. He said he was able to price match only one pair. I was already thankful for that. Then he recommended me to do buy online and pick up in store in order to get both pairs for the sale price. I tried to do it but online stated that my pair of shoes that I had were out of stock. But yet I had the pairs right in front of me. The cashier called the manager and the manager stated it was an online issue so she couldn't honor it. It is an overall Forever 21 situation and it could've been easily override since I had both pairs in front of me. The manager seemed like she didn't even care. I get the cashier was trying to be "helpful" by offering the store pick up, which I feel like he should've seen my point of view and try to tell that to the manager. I just couldn't understand how they couldn't override it when I had the product in front of me and they recommended it to me. Overall, when I come here, the workers seem like they don't want to be there. Still took the shoes tho. Lmao.

I LOVE this store SOOOOO MUCH that I have come here and shopped like once a week despite it being a little bit of a drive for me because of the local traffic, but I prefer the selection here more than West LA Forever 21. Well each location has different stuff so each location has unique items but I just love the vibes of this place. Today I bought two gorgeous Fall items and I am hoping to come back tomorrow to get some more stuff. Staff are super cool with me and I hope to come back tomorrow.

The store is very large, super tidy and the staff is very attentive and friendly. They speak to you very well in Spanish.
