Horrible customer service! last yr they didn’t call me to inform me my auto policy was going to renew after calling them over and over again so many times they never answered my calls at the South Gate location! I went into another Fred loya office and they gladly assisted me! Now my insurance was set to renew these people cancelled my policy when I try to call them I’m always on hold!! It’s ridiculous how this office works!!! Go else where and don’t come to this office!!!! Now I have to pay way more than what I was originally paying and all because this office is so snobby and unprofessional!!!

My visit to Fred Loya Insurance was amazing. The customer service was outstanding. The office is large and clean plus there is ample parking. Best prices for automobile insurance in LA. I have heard many good things about Fred Loya insurance claims. I will recommend to many of my friends and family.

1 Star is generous, I hate leaving bad reviews. Worst experience ever, not the first time. customer service stinks and retraining corporate structure is requested! Making payments to this agency is like pulling teeth. I'm not late, not expired, just making a simple payment and they act like there doing me a favor, take my money! Rude, need to change policy and remember customers make your business and pay your salaries.
