“All in going to say is THANK U. I was able to pay for my dogs surgery, thanks to these fine people at this branch. I came in crying because a different branch straight out told me I couldn't withdraw my own money from my CD account to pay for his surgery. And I was a mess accepting the fact that he would die because that other branch straight out told me I couldn't take my own money. But thank you south gate branch. My baby is home now recuperating and I couldmt be more Thankful for you all. I don't know how else to Thank you for assisting me in this already horrible, painful day I was going through. And for your empathy and kind words. Thank you”

“Jobel has been doing my taxes for seventeen years now. I met him at a time my life was a little turbulent, and sorting through taxes after having a child was new to me. A scary process that he simplified for me.Over the years, Jobel has delivered excellent service when I filed my taxes with him. From what I understand, he left H & R Block to go solo for a bit, and I've seen him in more recent years with the Williams Tax & Financial Services group. His growth with them made it an easy decision for me to have him handle a little retirement money I had with my former company.Jobel is communicative, and I never have to wait long for any important information to get through to me from him. Even now that I live in Seattle, Washington, I still I prefer to work with him. He is one hundred percent trust worthy and I highly recommend him for any tax and financial services.”

“* Aplomb* Professionalism* Classiness* Reliability * CompetenceThese words are synonymous with First Republic Bank; and this branch in particular. The faceless directors at the top involved with the financial imbroglio are people I'll never see.The people coming face to face with depositors, on the other hand ....that's what's important to me.A refreshing branch experience, and a world class online user interface for personal AND business banking make me glad this is where I do business.”

“My daughters and I were in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area for lunch with my dear friends. After lunch, we did our food run for the week, but I didn't have much cash on me. We found this Wells Fargo on Walnut Grove just a few minutes from the food court where we were heading. And it's in the same shopping center as Walmart. Funny, I have been a SGVer for the last 4+ decades and I have never shopped at Walmart out in SGV... maybe because I am normally out here to eat and shop for Asian stuff LOL. Anyway, this Wells Fargo has two ATMs for use. It doesn't look like a big bank from the outside, but looks can be deceiving. It was a very quick ATM visit indeed. Looks pretty clean outside. However, what caught my eyes were the two trash bins nearby adjacent to the bank. Not sure if the trash bins belong to the bank... I doubt it, but they were nicely covered so they don't appear to be trash bins. I'll be back to use this bank when on the south side of SGV. Yes, there is also a Wells Fargo on the north side that I use LOL. Gotta cover all compass of banks.”

“Excellent bank. Great location, in a very nice building . Cristina was a very nice and personable banker. She made me feel right at home. Charles Schwab doesn't use every opportunity to discredit other banking systems - although they have plenty of room to. The only reason why I did not rate them a perfect 5 star score, is because the male receptionist was very rude. Customer service is not his strength. His comments were short, snappy and trite. He should not be the face of Charles Schwab at 3rd & Grand. Hopefully it was just a bad day, or his time of the month. Otherwise, bank away! :)”

“Jesse Maldonado went above beyond to assist me with handling of my mom's account after her passing. I had made an appointment and he called me the day before to make sure I had what needed. It took about a week for the paperwork to be processed after he submitted it to the department that does the final review. He followed up almost daily until everything was complete. This is a difficult time for me and I'm very appreciative of everything he did to make it go as smooth as possible. Very professional excellent service. Thanks Jesse!”

“I didn't have a appointment I walked in to the Wells Fargo and the teller Maria Sandoval was very helpful, patient with myself! She was able to resolve my problem. From now on I'm booking every bank appointment with her, she speaks English and Spanish.”

“I was very fortunate to receive the best possible service from Ms. Masha, a bank representative at Wells Fargo. I needed assistance in modifying an existing account to limit the access for an elderly parent, and Ms. Masha was able to sympathize and understand since she had to do the same. She took the time to hear me out completely, then restate what my requests were to make sure she understood. Then she patiently and accurately fulfilled my requests. Since my modifications weren't easy, It took the assistance from other advisors to get me taken care of. If you need to make modifications to your account, it's best to schedule an appointment, especially with Ms.Masha.”

“Given the fact that this branch is understaffed, it's still a great place to bank. The staff here tries their hardest to help and keep the customer happy. There is only so much management can do when it comes to staffing. People that complain here, complain because they don't get their way. At the end of the day I see everyone trying to move the line. They have ATMs, so if you don't have time to stand in line use them. Stop being rude to the staff, and appreciate that they go to work everyday to serve you. Treat people how you want to be treated and how you would want people to treat your loved one.”

“I have had consistently great service here. The lines are usually short and/or fast in the mornings. The tellers are courteous and helpful.I love that I can do mobile deposits via my cell phone and set up all the services I need on their website. I only wish I could use my cash-back balance. It has been sitting here for 5 years or more! There's no way to use such a small amount ($28.00).”

“Came here to help my mom deal with the accounts that my mom and dad had together. The banker my mom had been dealing with over the the past few years was pretty awesome. I was weary when we walked in and was waiting to bombarded with "special deals" or other things to move her money into. Instead, Joe Cortez was super helpful. There was lots going on in the bank but Joe was very professional and took his time helping my mom. He explained things thoroughly to my mom and was just super patient. If people out there have banking oncerns or legit questions I would suggest calling him up and setting up an appointment. Thanks Joe for your help and thanks to Robert also”
