Bad dealership just wory about selling and then ignore your car problems. Rude people bought a vehicle that didnt make it to the fwy before breaking down. Then never got it to work right just make your warranty expire and the manager says he can do anything.

Very good dealer Lucas auto center 2 with people who serve you. Very friendly and they do what you need, just go and arrive, ask for Don Javier or Jorge and you will realize the good treatment towards the buyer.

Also, my husband took out a car and the next day the oil light came on and the car no longer worked and they were not responsible, it was no longer a problem, they had bad service too.

I hope you look at these comments before buying here, and the people who serve here are very despotic. The car went wrong as soon as I grabbed it and the next day I was already liquidating the oil and the oil change sign. I don't know what will happen if they actually fix it or not. we will have problems with this dealer!!!!

They sold me a truck with alot of issues!!! I had to take my truck for service in less than 2 months which cost me more than 4000!! They said they were going to fix it and they never answered my calls!!!

This dealer took advantage of my mother.They sold her a car with 176k miles. Unfixed had issues with the rear end doors. for over 10k. Unfortunately my mother doesn’t know. Dealers like this are a stain to Society. I will be updating this review as we find issues with the car.

I went to make my payment and a man told me that I couldn't take it because I had breakfast and couldn't touch money that if I wanted him to wait for me and the truth is that here, time is what you don't have, he had a medical appointment and he didn't want to charge me You shouldn't have people like that there, they ruin the place and don't make you want to go. In short, there is no way to treat customers, that's why they live off of customers. Treat them well.

The manager of that place is terrible and above all he makes you feel that with 1 word or two you must understand. I asked him to explain better the deal with the car that my partner and I took out and his response was I don't like it. explain so much just that I gave him the money for the monthly payments and I wanted to know which bank I got and why the papers had not arrived at my house I plan to file a lawsuit and above all because of the poor services at that place I also deal with people in my business and what we all know is that being a salesperson means giving your best to those new clients and making you feel at home but here you feel super bad energy.
