“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed.
Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days.
Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon.
They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing.
Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”

“Wow is all I can! Me and my husband visited LA for our 21st anniversary. While there we found a LED sign that was pretty lengthy. However, we visited many shipping locations and they would not deliver. The moment we stepped into Ship District Brandon was amazing and said I can help you. After hearing how much it cost we really couldn’t decide what we wanted to do because the cost was a little bit higher than we anticipated. Mind you; we were going on a cruise and had to be at the port no later than 2pm. Brandon made it happen as we were on small time due to all the other shipping places we went to and they denied us because of the type of sign it was and length.
Brandon ensured us that the sign would be okay. He said enjoy your anniversary cruise and call me once you return. He was a pure blessing. He kept our sign while we went on the cruise because we still hadn’t had an idea if we wanted to leave it, pay for it, or get shipped. Brandon was so nice and once we returned from the cruise we called to tell him to go ahead and ship it and we’ll pay the fees. Y’all he shipped it and it made it safely to Missouri all because we walked into a pure angle (Brandon) at Ship District.

“Talon, your personnel was amazing. I created a pamphlet/passport in Canva at 3am and thought I'd done it right for it to print without any problems but that wasn't the case. Talon meticulously rearranged until I was able to print the finished product that I envisioned. Thanks Talon. I always get such great service from this UPS Store. I thought this was the case of all the stores but I was told no by someone who has worked at other UPS stores. Keep up the good work!”

I was in the middle of planning a funeral and needed several last-minute items completed quickly. What would have taken me hours to handle on my own was made so much easier because of her patience, kindness, and professionalism. “The staff at this location are always very organized, the associates are friendly, and they acknowledge you immediately once you come to the door, even if they're assisting a customer. They work efficiently, and are all knowledgeable; they've never made a mistake, if they have questions, they ask the senior personnel. I've never had an issue at that location. It's my favorite UPS store.”

“These guys go above and beyond in service but that's only the cherry on top to this one stop shop.
We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.”

“Called today and Yee answered the phone about a poster tube.
Yee was very professional and polite. She said she had one and if i lived close by I can take a look.
10 mins later she showed me the triangular flat poster tube, it was initially bigger than we expected but we also didn't know our dimensions. Yee gave us a great idea about cutting the cardboard.

“Ive been going to the postal exchange for the pass two years, the staff is very friendly, very informative and great at clarifying information that I am not sure on. What i like most about the postal exchange is it’s a one stop shop, and as a college it makes it very easy for me to get everything done in one place!”

With just 14 days of boarding and training with Andrew, Koa learned all basic obedience commands along with being able to walk nicely. Not only does he train your dog but he also coaches you as the owner on how to sustain the behavior and reinforce them at home.
