I bought a phone brand new and had issues with it, they also have a sign that says no refunds, so be careful when buying. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here the no refund signs says everything!

Absolutely disappointed in this place.They took advantage of my situation.I went last night to transfer my family line from T-Mobile to metro.They charged me $85 for one phone and I agreed to return today to bring two other phones.They said they would charge $65 for any additional phone.Ok,now,today I was closer to a different metro PCS location and just did the other phones there.To my surprise it only costs $51 each additional phone,that’s $14 less.So,shocked,I asked how much it would had cost me if I would had brought the first phone there and they said $60.
Wow!!South gate metro PCS,you should be ashamed of yourself.$25 on top of already a profit.
It’s always your own kind that bends you over.Hence…I had my own phone/phones,I had all IMEI numbers and all necessary information.
The metro PCS that helped me is the one on Avalon and 120th near the Magic Johnson park.I appreciate them helping me and saving me money.Now,that’s a good neighbor and they’re Indians.

Unprofessional and liars came here because I needed my account pin to switch phones and the guy (I think him and his wife are owners of the store) told me I had to have a year with my account in order to get my pin. Which is bs because I've had metro pcs for years and never had a problem to obtain my pin when I needed it. I went to a different metro store that same day and got my pin in minutes.
