My mom had an appointment with Nary’s today at 12pm. My mom got there 30 minutes early as a courtesy and the salon was still closed so she went for a walk in the meantime. She returned at 12pm and the salon was still closed so she waited outside for about an hour and Nary’s never got there so she left. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of peoples time.

It was easy to call to make an appointment, the hair cut and treatment were really good. The hair dresser recommended products for my thinning hair and kept up a good conversation. The only down side was parking.

I wish I could give them zero stars! I went in to cut my below the waist length hair to a simple shoulder length with just front layers cut. I showed the lady how I wanted and she said she she could do it. She cut the back of my hair shorter than shoulder length I told her that wasn't what I told her and she went on to cut the rest of the hair longer, so now I have really short hair under the rest of my hair. Then she forget to cut the layers and decided to give me long front bangs up to the top of my lips. The first front layer was suppose to be up to my chin not above my lips. The owner, Nary, had to step in and try to fix what her employee messed up. The owner couldn't even fully fix the style. They were rude and still charged me $80 for shitty work. I'm glad my hair grows fast and I will def go to someone who knows how to do hair to fix their shitty work! I don't recommend anyone to go to this place unless you want a botched hair cut! I def learn my lesson on trusting just any salon to do a simple cut that I've done on myself plenty of times.

Overly priced. No communication with client. Literally took over an hour for a simple hair trim. Overly priced, $65. Didn't even ask for my input on whether i wanted it washed or styled. I told them over the phone that I didn't want it washed and she washed it anyways. She also styled it so ugly for an extra $35. Didn't even ask me if that was okay. The reason why it took over an hour is because the lady was going back and forth between me and another person. But there was no communication about it taking this long. Poor service.

The lady had clients and was doing their hair for a party. I wentasked for a haircut and she just cut my hair so fast with no care at all and just put me under the drier that barely worked and expected me to be there with all my hair on my clothes. I left. With my hair wet and paid. 25 when she shouldn't have gotten a dime.Service: Haircut

Was scared to try a new place out especially for a haircut but I am so glad I did! Nary was the nicest and made sure I was happy and was getting what I wanted. 10/10 coming again in a few months. Gracias Nary!

My experience in Nary beauty salon was not pleasant I had set up a appointment for 10:00 am I was excited to get my hair fixed but when I got to the salon someone else was getting their hair done there was a lot of chit chatting and I felt like I was forgotten I was waiting for 2 hours and nothing so I had to walk out and called Ulta instead my advice to the salon is to always keep the appointment for your clients

Jeanette and Nery are very professional in letting you know what risk you may take when you are going for any deep hair treatment. They are honest and very transparent with any information that may have any permanent damage or long term effect to your treatment. They care for the client, it's not always about the money. I went in to treat my curls and got a Spiral perm done since I had done some extended damage to my hair with all the hair dye. My experience was very pleasant and extremely satisfying. I highly recommend them. I am now a forever client. Muchas gracias Nery y Jeanette por un buen trato al cliente y servicio.

Yesterday was the second time I went to Narys for a perm. Unfortunately my long time hair dresser has relocated out of the state and therefore I was forced to venture out to try other hair salons. My first time experience was fine, and so I decided to try them again. When I first arrived, Jeanette assessed my hair and told me she would charge me $250, slightly more than the first time, which I thought was fair since I have a lot of hair. The experience itself was fine. However when it was time to pay she charged me $300 since she said she had to apply a "treatment" for having done the perm sooner than expected (6 months later, rather than 8 months). I was taken aback since she never mentioned the significant price increase while she was working on my hair or applying the "treatment." Had she told me from the beginning that this was going to be included, then I could have made my choice. I tend to be a very polite and compliant person, so I went ahead and paid without disputing the charge. However while driving back home I thought it over and felt it was unfair, this wasn't a display of good work ethics. I called the salon and spoke to the owner who sounded understanding and offered to reimburse me a portion of the treatment applied. I thought this was nice of her, however upon going back to read the past reviews, I noticed that this hasn't just been my experience. Several women complained of being surprised by an up charge. I will not be returning to this establishment. I believe that a good hair dresser is not just skilled in their craft but also practices honesty.

I visited this place for highlights. One their price is very high for everything. I moved forward with the highlights and came out unhappy with the color it had a bright yellow/orange tone. She then said she could sale me a shampoo for this. Didn't suggest to fix it. Next, I came back in to see if she can somehow fix this and get my roots retouched. This time around she fixed the issue of the yellow/orange tone but covered my highlights to a 75% which was not what I wanted. She originally gave me a price of $45 to retouch my roots for my base. When she started to give me my bill it was now $55 (plus she said it's based on months now 2mo) $85 plus $20 for trying to fix their previous error. I ended up paying a total of $109. They told me my highlights would gradually appear again with the washes. I left very unhappy with my hair and the price. Will not be coming here again they are definitely hurting for money and it shows.
