I can't tell them not to go,I share my experience. Ami, it was horrible for me in this place, last year I only went for an estimate and the person in charge processed my taxes without my authorization, saying that he processed them because I told him I would return when that is not true. They processed my taxes without my signature, not only that, my parents processed their taxes with a social security number when they were clearly an ITIN number, a big problem with the IRS. I'm just sharing my experience, but the truth is the owner is a little rude and arrogant. Good luck to you all.

DO NOT GO HERE, they messed up my tax return. Especially with that lady. AVOID HER BY ALL MEANS. You are better off using turbo tax.

I came in here trying to figure out an issue I had on my taxes when I tried to do it myself on Turbo Tax. Simple problem I came to find out but didn't realize it the day prior. They "helped" me out by doing the taxes for me. I got home and my Fiancé asked how it went and I showed him my numbers. He instantly knew something was wrong as the numbers were drastically different from the previous night he did them online. Everything was done correctly mind you. He called them and confronted them about it and she pulled up my file. After a few minutes of looking through the Files, she came back on and said she "forgot" to click a box that was necessary. After clicking that box everything added up to what it was the night previous. Amazing how a company can't do their job correctly when that's what they do every single day! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, well unless you want to lose out on money you've earned throughout the year.
