So excited to become your new favorite customer. I'm planning a life of travel just wanna pack my stuff up and go to all the vills ! Dollyvill Nashville Graceland and Noah's ark just the important stuff. Of course, everything in between ! If I do it right hopefully it'll take me two years . One never knows how long you're gonna keep your stuff in storage so make sure you put it in a really safe place with security, air-conditioning and friendly staff. Big flex about this place is that they let me borrow their truck to move my stuff in for a whole day !!! 25 miles free which is awesome because I'm moving locally. Karina was the best ! She gave me all the discounts that I can apply to ! She even discount is my friend Lisa F because she brought me here ! Saving money left and right!! #5Stars #TimeToMoveOn

Needed to move out of 10x20 to smaller storage unit, the cost was outrageous, especially since I had been eliminated items and no longer needed the bigger unit. I called Nova Storage on Firestone Blvd in South Gate, I was greeted by Sergio friendly voice, I asked if they had any small units available, I would need 8x10 unit, he keep me on the line and provided me with the information right away, they did have the 8x10 available, he put it on reserve and said I should come and see it. Sergio was very informative, kind and patient with all my questions. He is very kind and polite. He showed me around, I got the unit which is brand new, the place is very clean and they have air conditioning which makes it all the better when you are moving boxes and heavy stuff around. Sergio was awesome!

I am both surprised and happy with the service I received today to obtain a storage unit. Everything was done in 30 minutes! If you are looking to rent out a storage unit in the future, definitely come to Nova Storage. Plus, a big shout out to Sarai for helping out! The best customer service ever!

Great service! I relocated from out of state and they made the transition super easy. They stayed in contact as I was moving as well which put my mind at ease that a unit would be available when I needed it. Definitely recommend!

We were met with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Sarai was very informational and profesional and helped us pick the right size unit, her expertise made it an easy process and the fact that the building is very well kept and clean and may we mention cameras all over the pace.
