Horrible staff walked in for a battery recharge hand to wait 10 for anyone to assist. Store completely unattended. Never got a call back to my battery is ready after two hours and twenty minutes I call in to check and I've been in hold for over eleven minutes.

A few days ago I went in for a turn signal light. The first young man that helped was nice and sold me what I needed. I tried changing it my self but it turned out I was trying to fix the wrong light. I went back today l, David was a the counter and greeted me as soon as I went in. I explained the issue that I thought I was having. David was very nice to go out to my car and see what was happening. It turned out yes it was the correct light bulb In which David went ahead and fixed It for me. David was very professional, funny and courteous. Thank you so much David for your help. The store deserves 5 but you, David, deserve 10!!

Normally I get great service but today was the exception. I bought some motor mounts and didn't double check the part no. The employee has given me 1 of the mounts incorrect part. When I went to return it and explained the situation It took a very long and aggravating time.
