Had a smooth move in and sales experience with Ricardo. Space was ready on time, they processed our paperwork in one day, and it seems to be a great value! The app access works seamlessly and the amenities are really great for something that isn't much more expensive than any other storage space. We'll have to see long term if rent raises are reasonable. The squarefootage listed is heavily rounded up as well, so keep that in mind if you need every inch of space. Our was listed 8.5% bigger than it actually is - but just measure when you visit and make sure it works for your needs!

Where do I even begin? From the moment we stepped through the door, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Pax, the manager, is a total rockstar—he runs the building with unmatched professionalism and genuine care. The docks are too high, making it nearly impossible to load and unload cargo from the trucks.

I have space here we always had the forklift problems is only 2 forklift for more then 100 spaces now the change the manager and this manager is horrible we pay for forklift fee and when we need can’t use cuz so what is the point to paid for something you can’t use do we need our old manager back he has everything in control Shawn please came back

Shawn, the new manager has really turned this place around in the short time since he's taken over.
When we moved in, we had to constantly borrow a pallet jack, as the facility had nothing with wheels except fork lifts.
Shawn has brought in pallet jacks, utility carts and dollies, exactly what a shared warehouse space is suppose to have.
He also goes out of his way to help.
Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier with the space I’m renting! The security is absolutely top-notch, with personnel constantly circulating day and night, which makes me feel incredibly safe. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a professional and welcoming environment. It’s also remarkably quiet, which has been perfect for running my business efficiently and without distractions. Overall, this location has been ideal, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and peaceful space for their business!

I've been here for 3 years and there have been 2 managers and it's been a disaster. But this new manager is putting everything in order, he's more active and checking that everything is okay. Little by little things will get better. Today he offered us portos bread, coffee and some candys. Happy Halloween.

When I first moved in, I was happy and recommending this self storage to everyone, but now I regret it, in less then 5 months I all ready got a rent increase of $71.50 more a month. Not even my previous storage location Public storage raised my rent so quick, they did it after 3 years. I'm so disappointed ?

The Customer Service went above and beyond. Jesse answered every question, helped me make a decision and was patient and accomodating when I made a last minute change. I wish it was closer! The facility is clean, safe and competitively priced for the area. I'm glad I found them and feel confident that my stored items will be safe and secure.
