First time here, came during a midday weekday. Place was packed. The line was long but it moved fast.
Have to hand it to the management of this store for keeping the store well staffed during busy periods.

I want to take the time to shout out Tiffany!! She was at the door monitoring and she was so friendly and polite. Definitely what we expect from employees with a smile and cordiality. Thank you Tiffany for your help. Found all my Christmas presents. Lots of selections. I will be back to THIS Ross!
