This store has great finds, but the lines and gangstalking is ridiculous! I always walk out because they have only 2 cashier's and 20 plus people in line. No thanks!?⚖️??️?

This store is a complete disaster.... Who is in charge of this store?? Is the the store manager not receiving support from corporate or is the store manager this bad? Look @ all the reviews online about how ridiculously long the checkout line get and there's ONLY 2-3 registers open?!?! At this point the district manager should be getting disciplined!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

Ross you need to hire more employees!! 2 cashiers and line so lllllooonnnggg!! Waited longer in line to pay than my shopping. Was going to buy a purse, but all are locked. And in order to get help, is when it's your turn to pay. And to enter you have to wait security will let you know when to enter.

I went to Ross twice in one week. The lines are always extremely long but this time it was something different. Security has the doors blocked and they let one to three people in at a time I’m like that’s OK this was the first Ross I went to in Downey, California. There was only one cashier for checkout and one for returns and they had self checkouts. It was so slow but when I get inside of the Ross in Southgate California, the line was all the way down to almost to the bathroom! The line was moving super slow. I don’t understand what’s going on with Ross is supposed to be fast and friendly service. I will not be back.

It's a mess inside. Clothes on the floor and very tight to walk through the aisles. Only 2 cashier and the line moves very slow.
