The worst sams club ever starting off with the bakery department. I placed an order for a cake to be done Saturday. Saturday comes and I called to see if it was ready for pick up. They took forever to transfer me to bakery until the team lead finally took my call and said that their printer had malfunction and they couldn't do the design I asked for on the cake. It was literally time for me to pick it up so he should've called me to let me know as soon as he realized they messed the machine. Then he proceeded to tell me he could do another design so I agreed and once I got there the "cake decorator" didn't want to do anything along with another worker the team lead obviously was nowhere in sight. Please do yourself a favor and do not depend on this bakery team for your special occasions.

The services here at Sam's Club SG, was wonderful easy to get in and out. I had a low tire that needed to be fix and Alan the young man took care of tire. (Free of charge) I tried to give Alan a tip, he would not accept it, because! Sam's Club policy!! employee can not accept tips..... in my up bringing we was tough to acknowledge when someone do good by you. Every time I come to Sam's Club I get great service. The service department is a hard working department and the employee should be acknowledged. To keep good employee! Owners should allow them to be tip if offered God bless Brookie

On a scale of 1 to 10: Size: 4 Selection/variety of items: 4 Cleanliness: 6 Tidiness: 5 Selection: 4 Bakery items: 6 Food court: 3 (only 1 cashier; LONG wait; out of items) (No gas station) Overall: This is a relatively small Sam's Club without a gas station, with very limited number/types of merchandise. The store isn't particularly clean or tidy, the customer service is just so-so, and is generally underwhelming.

I went and joined last week because they are having an eight dollar membership special and I wanted to see what the hype was about, Got in line for about a half an hour while people made their returns as the membership line and return line are the same.. so I grab a few items and go to the self check out where one of my items rung up incorrectly.. When I called it to the attention of the associate she did not understand because she only spoke Spanish.. her and another associate began speaking Spanish to each other then the other one told me it's not those grapes it's cotton candy grapes that you have, I said well these were the only green grapes under the sign.. they just said no no and walked away I then called them back and said may I speak with a manager because I had taken a video of the produce department for my friend who also wanted to get a membership and we were comparing the store to Costco.. The grapes were in my video so I showed the manager or supervisor and she said she would honor it and took me to a different register to ring me up. A couple days later I learned that I was supposed to get a $10 off coupon off my first purchase being a new member, nobody at the store told me this but my friend also went to get her membership in a different city and they gave it to her but apparently this location didn't feel the need to tell me. Annoying!

I'm giving this store 5 because inside was clean found what I was going for quick best thing was since I'm handicapped at the moment from my foot and hand I had a nice Gentleman by the name of Manuel Aguilar and I got his name thanks to my wife . Well this young man came from behind with an electric wheelchair and just gave it to me so I would go out of my way to look for one thanks young man not only was he kind but also good since of humor.

This is a rating for the bakery. If I could give negative stars I would. Why is it every time I place an order 24hrs in advance they tell me I can't. Then I have to argue with them and explain that their POLICY states 24hr advance needed and I'm there literally 30hrs before I need the dam cake. My order in February that I had to argue with them about, magically disappeared the morning of pickup even though I had a missed call from them. I go in today more than 24hrs and the lady tells me there's no bread to make the cake? Wth does that even mean? If you're too lazy to make cakes for Saturday pickup just say that! And put out ENGLISH forms not everyone speaks Spanish, and then the employees get upset when I need them to translate.

Screw the bakery department. I had put in an order 3 weeks prior for a specific cake to be made and they called me a day before my party that they had to cancel the order due to not enough bread. F**k you.

I used to frequent this Sam's Club a lot. They're always lines from hell at this location. Thankful for the app, because I can get in and get out in a timely manner. I refuse to stand in line with the masses. Predominantly Hispanic clientele, hence the reason people are standing in line and not using the scan n go app. This is probably one of the worst maintained Sam's Club around. The place is always a mess, whereas if you go to Fullerton or Brea those stores are immaculate throughout the day. I only come here when I have to!

This is mainly for CURB-SIDE Pick Up..... I've been using this feature since the whole lockdown. So convenient.. quick, easy.. don't have to stand in long lines... deal with people, etc. Upon arrival the workers take no longer than 2 minutes to come out with your items. I never want to walk inside ever since this feature came out.

I just got out of this Sam's club. I feel like the customer service was horrible and Sugey and another representative were not understanding. I was honest to her that my brother was the membership owner unfortunately they were not helpful and I will not be coming to this SAMs club ever!

I'm a fan of Sam's club since a kid. I love everything and all the variety.. it can get crowded so be patient ... I always find what I need no problem... one star it's not enough workers on the floor if you have a question

Never place an online order within Sam's club! They are the worst, I had to call 3 times before they actually emailed me a return slip. I returned my item in December and my money has not been refunded, I have called twice and still no refund! Do yourselves a fever and shop at Cosco where the returns are hassle free. I would give Sam's club a negative amount of stars if I could.
