This subway normally has always been good on the portions but lately they've been skimping out on the meat portions.I'm used to them skimping out when you order a sandwich normally but lately now even when I order 50% or double meat? CMON! (I order via the app)WHY AM I PAYING $4-6 more just to get a normal amount of meat on my wiches and still get home to a bald sandwich. Here's a photo of a rotisserie sandwich that's supposed to be "50% more meat" lol oh and the veggies *sigh*

I went during lunch and no costumers at all...I ask for a sandwich... Martha. That's what she said was her name.. she said wait. I have to do this one first.. 3 or 4 sandwich order I guess online... I ask how much time... she said. I'm not going to do it fast... I said just give a number... 20. 30. Mnts... she said .. rolling her eyes... I don't know... I left after that....

As I was ordering.. I saw a women Coming from the back holding Salami with her bare hands no gloves. To make matters worse she started slicing it. As each slice fell on the plate she would grab it with her bare hands..While she touched the Salami she was touching the handles went to the back, returned and continued handling the salami! There where two other customers in here witnessing this. Like…. I even think she is the manager cause the other two workers where wearing gloves. I took a look at her name Tag and it read “Angelas”…. Thats like.. so disgusting

Edgar made a good experience, since we stepped inside the store, welcoming me and my family, letting us know how friendly he was every single second. Definitely I will come back because he made us have a good time. Thank you Edgar so much!!!!

We go to this subway and rarely have an issue, and we didn't have an issue this time except the toaster oven was broken. Out of our party of 5, 1 person got a sandwich but that's because theirs didn't require heating. Granted they denied giving her bacon because the can't give it cold but that is understandable. To the Corporate personal or district manager reading this, your sales for that store will be lower due to the lack of toaster. We were forced to go to a different location for our food.

Dec 2 2022 @ 14:40 hrs asked the young female for a footlong turkey toasted, then I asked for all the veggies, unfortunately the tomatoes were extremely wet and sougy,. I asked her to please grab me a new batch of tomatoes, she went to look for some in the back and comes back to tell me, they don’t any new tomatoes. I said “Thank you I don’t want you the sandwich.” She then replied “ oh my god” and mumble some nasty words.Manager- if you are reading this complaint, I hope you train your employees to be respectful and cut the verbal abuse!I frequented the store 3 times a week, I will take my business elsewhere!

I get it, it close to closing time, we all want to go home at the end of the day, but this young lady that prepared my sandwiches, had a really bad attitude, the sandwiches were badly prepared and I can barely hear what this young lady was telling/ asking me.

There was no manager at the store which I believe there should be one present at all time, they over charged me and I wanted my refund but because there was no manager I was FORCED to grab the items that I was over charged for l, the only other option she gave me was to come back another day, I don't live in the area, why would I drive all the way back.
