“This company goes above and beyond! I was very comfortable with the three movers; they are professional, efficient, and friendly. I had a situation where I moved to does not allow moving trucks after 5 pm; I did not know this. So Tim contacted his manager, and they let my stuff stay in the back of the truck and returned with it the following day. The alternative was to return to the old house and unpack the truck. Tim sacrificed his day off to do this for us, even though his parents were flying in. Siba, the office manager was always available to answer any questions. I am so grateful to this company. Don't hesitate; they are the best. I know this is the 4th time I have moved in 6 years, and the last.”

The place looks much better compared to how the facility used to looked… The place has been partially remodeled and the restroom looks cleaner & better. Brendaly even offers taxi ride services near by downtown LA… I will definitely keep coming to this bus station in the future…”

“Nice place, you can say what you want about the neighborhood and everything, but the parking lot itself was clean, quiet, and there were tons of available spaces, I walked in, everything seemed in order, the two people working there were super nice.
The guy who helped me was very respectful, answered all the questions I had, I got my new Armenian history TAP card and was on my way in less than 3 minutes; I don’t know about other locations but this Metro Customer Center was phenomenal, would definitely recommend to come here and get your work done”

“Came here with my dad so he could apply for a senior bus pas. Process was very quick and the workers were helpful. There is a photo booth inside to take the required photo which cost $3 (the machine printed four duplicates on a single sheet and the worker cut one photo for the application). We were able to pay by credit card on the machine. Plenty of bus schedules and maps are available here. They are closed between 2-3pm for lunch.”

“The update: I was able to get my door delivery after incorrect delivery information. People on the phone cannot guarantee when your items will be delivered as they do not load the truck. If you live on a residential street, ask for your items to be put on a "box truck" because you are on a narrow street. Make sure your phone number and address are, associated with the delivery. By "curbside" it means they can bring it next to your garage door, but they may not be able to "tip" the merchandise (I had 2 friends with me on delivery day in order to get 3 items into my house) . The package was left on a wooden pallet for protection. Also, should you have to call the delivery company for any reason, do it early in the morning. Don't be deterred by negative reviews. Remember: correct address & phone information, box car if narrow street, have a couple friends, be pleasant and you should end up with a good delivery.”
