“The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

I've rented a truck to tow my trailer forbusiness twice now and I've had one of the best customer experiences ever both times! I reserved the truck online the day prior to pickup. It's free to reserve and you don't need to enter your credit cardinformation. The price was the lowest I found. Others don't compare and most companies don't offer so many rental vehicle options.I received a phone call from the Enterprise rep a couple of hours prior to pickup time to confirm booking. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady at front desk who was so friendly! The check in process was simple and fast. I was in and out in 15min. The vehicle was immaculate. I left my vehicle in their secured lot overnight without issue. Drop off was just as quick and easy as the check in process. The manager, Alejandro is very professional and kind! I can see why the team there is so friendly and chill because they have a great leader.I will always choose Enterprise for my business rental needs. “My rating is for the excellent service I got from Seadler! He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He even drove to my work for papers to be signed to get the process moving faster. Now getting the DMV process through their finance department to my credit union was a bit slow since I used my own credit union to finance the truck. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating so I would give them another chance when we need another truck.”

He drove to San Diego to assist in communication with the other location, made himself available personally on his cell to communicate with me and has spent countless hours ensuring that a former customer would be a future customer. “We recently dropped off a U-Haul truck and Dolly here and Jeff Garrido helped us out. He was very friendly and made our return super easy. We actually rented the U-Haul and Dolly from another U-Haul distributor in Rancho Cucamonga and dropping items off in Hawthorne and didn't want to incur any extra charges so we asked for the drop-off to take place here. We dropped everything off at 11:40 a.m. and Jeff took care of it quickly and we were out the door in about 10 minutes. Thank you Jeff and the whole U-Haul crew!”
