Friendly service... came with my packaged labeled, it was scanned. I asked about pickup/drop off and was told there's 1 for each day and that it hadn't been done yet (plus for me). It was prior to noon. Definitely would use the service again. Thank you

This is not a regular UPS store, its the Michaels store , therefore they di not offered all of the services as a regular UPS store. Unfortunate, Hopefully they would offered printing services
