The African American lady is always rude to me every time I go. Not welcoming and I tried to pick up my husband’s mail but forgot my key and she said I couldn’t because he wasn’t on the form but he was the one that opened the mail box. I spoke to the manager he said the same thing as well.

I visited to apply for my daughter’s passport as a walk in. The Hispanic lady who helped us was extremely helpful. Great customer service and she was by herself. I will definitely keep coming back to this post office. I wish I had her name, all post offices need workers like her.

Apparently everyone has an issue with the African American lady and yes I agree with them. She is rude and not courteous, has a bad attitude. I saw reviews from 10 years ago and still she is employed after negative feedback. What the hell, is the owner not looking at the reviews here or even know how it is been run. And the owner expects for only 1 person to help a line of 25 people, come on. I was waiting for 40 minutes in line just to be given a bad attitude over my PO Box. I was trying to pick up my mail and the lady was giving me stink eyes and rude facial expressions. I gave her my ID to comfirm it's me she tossed back to me and still gives me disgusting looks. Sorry I have to come here because it's the closest post office to me or else I wouldve gone elsewhere. Need to hire another employee and another one to replace her, she is giving USPS a bad reputation.

Staff doesn’t respect posted hours. They are supposed to close at 5:00PM but they won’t let you in if you come after 4:45, their excuse is that something is wrong with the “system” but this happened to be twice already. Go to the one in Atlantic if you can.

Terrible customer service! they close too early for you to do anything. Can't even check my P.O. Box after work. The lobby hours are trash. Just over all the worst post office!!!
