So unhelpful. I took my printing label on my phone. All she had to do was scan the QR code on it. And she would not do it. She said I needed a QR CODE. The code was on the printing label. It actually had 3 of those codes on my label. I finally took it to the one on Lynwood. And they scanned it for me to print this label out. Honestly this girl did not feel like working today. Thursday at 12:10pm so who ever she is needs to get fired. So useless. She’s the Latina not Asian lady

I Frequent many post offices within the LA region as i own a business and have many packages that need to be shipped.
I am also a person with disabilities, an associate of ADA, American Disabilities Association, i am also a trainer for PSD service animals. This location is FEDERALLY breaking the law by denying service to me due to my PSD/Hospital therapy/Fire safety trained service animal being present with me.
I have been to this location 3 times and have been denied service all 3 times. The only way i get to be serviced is by asking for gilbert.
The next time i am denied service, i am going to place a lawsuit against the associate who denies service to me and the USPS. This is a FEDERAL CRIME! YOU CAN NOT DENY SERVICE TO A PSD SERVICE ANIMAL OR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
THIS IS NOT OK. YOU WILL BE SUED IF YOU DENY ME SERVICE ANYMORE!

African American lady working the passports was rude, unprofessional, and most likely hates her job the way she treats customers. She will process walk-ins before you if you have an appointment. Ended up waiting about 2 hours with appointment and arriving on time. The supervisor was excellent and the other lady who helped me in the front was perfect. Passport lady brings this post office down.

Leveling up!

This location needs a better system with walk-in applicants trying to obtain a passport.
Individuals with an appointment should be given a 10 minute graze period, and if they fail to show up on time, then one walk in should be taken instead. Everyones time should be considered. Being told by workers that the issue is being short staffed is not valid. You need a better system and better customer service!!!

Extremely unprofessional staff and an unreasonably long wait time, even for those with appointments. I have been waiting for over two hours and have yet to be called. If you’re earning a paycheck, at least show some professionalism and respect for the people you’re serving. There’s no reason to be bitter or dismissive toward customers. This is a government service funded by taxpayers, and it should be handled with efficiency and courtesy.

The staff is attentive, helpful and polite. The post office itself is a little worn down, but it still stays very busy with people. Depending on what time you come in it can either be super empty or super packed, either way the post office workers are always there to help whenever it is needed and I greatly appreciate them!

Vary upset with the staff
The main told me my service Dog couldn’t be in the building because I wasn’t blind
According to the ADA my access shouldn’t be denied No other post office told me that I was at another location and I was fine only at this location. The man rudely told me here my service dog could not be at this location because I wasn’t blind
If I would gone Through a medical episode
How was my service dog going to assist me if she wasn’t with me. I will not be coming back to this location ever
Felt discriminated

Here I am, attempting to file a claim on an inefficient government website. This is the kind of service we receive, not just with every delivery fee, but also with the taxes we pay.
