1/9/23 This is the worst customer service. I've gotten at a Verizon store. Associates air helping a customer does not acknowledge the customer. That's waiting there to pay bill. He is only helping one customer and it's taking about an hour to help one customer.

My dad's phone isn't working at all, so we went to the store to get it checked out. The store says it closes at 8pm, we went at 7:10pm, the doors were locked, and the reps did not want to assist.
