Called at 4:00pm on November 28,2023 to speak to the pharmacy. As soon as i was transferred to the pharmacy, someone answered and I was not greeted but immediately put on hold having to listen to porn music they have playing while you're on hold waiting, then finally after 5 minutes, someone answers, I say hello and they hang up on me. Bad customer service for people who need help to treat whatever sickness they are battling. Will be going to CVS from now on.

O stars for the black hair latina lady , always rude , 0 customer service 1 star for the nice cashier guy , it's not the firts time you're ignore customer , no going back , , manager please , training is important , latina girl short hair , hid and pretend to be busy doing nothing , they all hid in the office , never see a person in the photo area , and when you see them , they get bothered , and give attitude , just say I don't want to help" ,

Gabriel is the supervisor there. Best customer service 10/10! Walgreens should give him a raise and hire more people like him! Excellent service!

All I have to say is that the photo department is very unprofessional. I had ordered three calendars online and 3 days passed and I didn’t get no email that they were ready, so I called and a girl told me that there was no order, so then I told her I had the order number with me and she put me on hold and a couple minutes later she told me in a not so convinced voice that I was not going to get charged and that my order would be processed the following day. Following day comes and still no email so I called and was told again there was no order. I gave up and ordered on the store in Downey and my order was done within an hour. Never again I’m buying or ordering anything from this South Gate Walgreens.

By far the worst pharmacy they don't really care about there customer u will be on hold for hours if u let them they pick up the phone and put it on hold ,they don't even bother picking up and telling u there gunna put u on hold they just do it they don't even answer I know this for a fact I seen it happen to others and they have done it to me while ppl r depending on them to feel better .

Karyna will help you with anything you need here. Definitely ask her for help if you are in need. She is very understanding and patient and helpful of course. 10/10 customer service. Did I forget to mention, she is AMAZIN.

When it comes to medical, this one is reputable. All of the medications you require are available at this pharmacy at a fair price. Additionally, they provided a discount to their loyal clients.

I wish we can start giving negatives on reviews. I placed an online order that kept delaying so I decided to call in and get assistance and just cancel my online order and just walk to get the medicine I needed. Instead Joanna decided to transfer me around and not help me. Once I asked for her supervisor Maritza she said she wasn't there and when I asked for assistance from someone else just kept placing me on hold. Not only was she not helpful at all she was rude. Walgreens need to train these clueless, uneducated, employees. I wasn't asking for much but for help.

Unfortunately things have gone bad here they refuse coupons or to give Walgreens points and they sneak extra charges then argue that they didn't or they removed it when they obviously didn't remove the fraudulent charge.
