"Santa baby, just slip a Sable under the tree for me." -Eartha Kitt This Wal-Mart stocked an entire cube shaped display of one of my favorite waxy dessert products: Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes. The display featured a carefully stacked stack of box after box of Little Debbie Christmas trees. Each tree rests inside a sealed plastic baggie within the box. The candle wax thick frosting serves as a second protective barrier around every tree, and the excessive amount of frosty white wax is the sole way of properly preserving the lovely XMAS decor mass stamped onto each tree. Red and green dashes of tinsel frosting streak across each tree. Bright green sprinkles resting on the eternal frosting casing take turns dazzling the eye. Are you having fun yet? All Walmarts: GET THESE CHRISTMAS TREES IN YOUR INVENTORY YEAR ROUND. QUIT BEING GRINCHES!

Worst type of customer service I have ever received. I went Christmas shopping with my boss for our work's Christmas associate appreciation party and ESMERALDA who was the cashier in ELECTRONICS was very rude to us. We had exactly 10 stuff in our cart and very rudely told us "this is 10 or less" and rolled her eyes at us. And when we asked for help getting some earbuds she told us to wait and make line but we were already in front of the line there was no one behind us! When I went with her to pick up the earbuds she pushed me away and said " go wait for me in the register I'll be there right now" which got me thinking she either did something to the earbuds or something. With the earbuds it did pass 3 extra items in which I told her I would pay on my own since my boss was paying the other 10 items. And she counted everything out loud as if we had not counted them for her before paying. Before we were done paying we didn't end up taking one of the electronics we wanted and she said "well I'm going to ask you guys to take it back to where you got it from" and rolled her eyes at us AGAIN! My boss and I come from a well known store and we also handle a lot of customers therefore we KNOW how a customer SHOULD BE TREATED. A cashier is the last person the customer sees before they exit the store and ESMERALDA made us feel very welcomed while shopping. After paying I spoke with her, and I told her myself that her customer service and attitude was not appreciated since we did not disrespect her ourselves nor were rude to her whatsoever. She completely ignored me and rolled her eyes and I just walked away. But before I left I left the electronic we DID NOT PAY FOR with her since it's her job to as a cashier to keep the go backs as well. Our trip to this Walmart was ruined due to ESMERALDA. I just wish they train cashiers to be good to their customers since at the end of the day, customers are the reason they have a job!

As a customer this store is complete trash, works never come to help anyone out when needed they avoid customers why hire people if they don't come help customers. Trashy store I've ever been I'd put 0 stars if it was possible. Oh and one thing don't buy frozen food there they tend to put what has been out from the freezer in days and then put it back like nothing they have many lazy workers there

If I could give it zero stars I would . Never have I dealt with such incompetent people. This location is trash customer service is nonexistent . Management sucks just throw the whole store away and start over ! I'll be more than happy to take myself to Target where they value the dollar and customer!!!! Walmart do effin better especially this wack location .

$600 TV WTF is happening???. The order was made on November 8th and was supposed to arrive November 9th. The 3rd party delivery service you employ is horrible as well as communication between delivery service and Walmart customer service.. time is wasted waiting on delivery service with no way to contact them. Tracking shows driver en route then suddenly disappeared and later I'm notified he arrived at 9:24 am prior to 10:11am which was the time I was told the driver would arrive by. The app doesn't give me any other options for this delivery! Cancelling membership ASAP! Costumer service representatives are as helpful as they can be with Walmart's bogus policies... I blame corporate for being cheap and using an unprofessional 3rd party delivery service. Whichever company it is in South Gate that provides this service for that local Walmart. They NEVER answer the phones or pickup and delivery at this location! 4651 Firestone Blvd, South Gate, CA 90280 November 11th I attempted to pick up the television myself at the Firestone location, as I was advised to do by customer service and at the store when I was able to speak with someone, and was told that my order cannot be changed from delivery to pick up. Neither corporate or that location could change it. As I waited for the associate to return with more information I witnessed a independent delivery driver get assistance from a Walmart associate to put a 70-in television inside his Jeep, which didn't fit, so he placed it on his roof and tied it down. This is very irresponsible on behalf of Walmart and whoever they contract to deliver products. There is no reason why a big corporation such as Walmart is using third party delivery services such as Lyft and Uber to deliver expensive and bulky items, such as a 70-in television. It would be wise for Walmart to have their own delivery service and be provided with vans and trucks in order to deliver huge items to paying customers. I was supposed to receive my television 3 days ago when I received a notification from Walmart stating the delivery would come at 10:11 a.m. and while I tracked the delivery drivers vehicle on the website, I could see he was 18 minutes away, when I checked back 10 minutes later the tracking was no longer available and when I checked the Walmart app for the status it said attempted delivery at 9:24 and I was not provided with any options for redelivery or pickup via Walmart app. And the text I received from Walmart for the delivery does not contain a complete callback number when I receive the text back for help. I have attempted to escalate this issue!

This is just ridiculous I came to get some stuff in the tool aisle and everything was in cases, I understand that they put them in for safety but it ridiculous having to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me, meantime there a lot of employees walking around doing nothing that's just unacceptable

Earlier today @8pm I went to Walmart to get a car seat , I asked two guys working in the babys department if they have a certain car seat available since on their website it says they do. Tell me why he said; He does have it but can't get it from their back because it's whatever they're able to have on the floor and whatever's on the back storage they can't be grabbing.. that I must order online and then they'll be able to get it delivered to me since that's the only time they're able to grab items from the back stocks .How does that make any sense?? Target would never do this! Target will definitely let employees go to the back and grab any item a customer desires .

Probably the worst Walmart location I've ever been. They have a lot of associates "working" but none of them wants to assist you. The cashiers are so freaking lazy. And the couches, they just simple wants to relegate their job to someone else. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I think it depends on the time of day and day of the week you go out to Walmart! I try to avoid Friday and Saturday especially during rush hour any more. It's worse at that time! This is one of the only stores besides Paramount that sells my Chicken of the sea infusions! Like what is it with stores and discontinuing certain products?? Maybe no one else in the world likes them idk! But everytime I would try to find them, they would be out of stock and now they are not even stocking them much anymore! I also notice my Hersheys Dark Chocolate bars are hard to find as well. I find the ones with Almonds but yuck, who likes Almonds? Not me. Lol. I love the plain dark chocolate it's my favorite treat! I eat 2 a day and it helps me to keep my sweet tooth at bay except on my menstrual times, I eat 3 but I don't think it will hurt me! I'm way better than I used to be though. I used to be able to eat a whole bag of peanut m & m's the sharing bags by myself! Ya, I know I was an oinker right!? But this store is not that far away and it actually has stuff! I get through lines pretty decent when we wait for the line that seems the shortest! You just gotta go do self checkout and don't go too late. Sometimes they will shut down the self lines after a certain timing! I wish Walmart would stop doing that but the employees seem pretty nice and relaxed when we went there! Thank you this location! You're my Go To Store. Gonna be doing a reserve and pick up soon! Can't wait to see how that goes! Keep up the phenomenal work, you rock!!

Talk about an order from jhell. We tried to order a product on wqlmart.com and after hitting "purchase" we immediately noticed they had the wrong address and one that's over 2000 miles away from us. So we hit 'cancel' right away but it wouldn't cancel, so we hit it more then we called customer service who told us we couldn't cancel an order that was going to an address across the Pacific Ocean from where we live. Then it gets weirder as they refused to issue a refund on a purchase we could never receive. This was Oct. 6, FedEx called that the package was indeed in Maui where we are not, so I again contacted Walmart to tell them so to no avail. We are working with our credit card company to cancel something that is clearly Walmart's fault. No way to run a business. Talk about raising one's ire and blood pressure. I hope the brass at Walmart takes notice of this. Beware customers you can cancel orders even within minutes of ordering.

I was at the checkout and noticed I couldn't see what was being rung up on my side. I asked him,''Where can I see what you are ringing up?' He says, ' You should be able to see on your side.' NOT! My screen was totally out and no sign of life ! For a mega store to have issues like this??? Not good! Need to let Weights and Measures know. Come on WALMART, get it together! I didn't change lines since all the others were long as heck. Like they were giving away stuff! Management, do contact me. This is beyond tacky!

Terrible service waiting for them to give me baby milk, waiting 25 minutes and then another 25 minutes to pay. One with time counted. And not as many people as on weekends and with a slowness My husband doesn't like Walmart because they are always late and I liked it.
