The service here is VERY slow. Only one or two windows are open max. My average wait time when I come here is 20-30 minutes standing in line. There were people waiting in line for over 30 minutes. It's sad to see the elderly stand for more than 30minutes. No chairs to sit or no staff to check in with patrons standing in line. Management needs to improve staff capacity. Worst WF I've ever been to.

Not exactly a great place to withdraw your money at due to the atms being outside. fairly close to the ally as well making it easier for the mugger to get away. So unless it's the morning don't withdraw your money from this atm.

Lupita from the bank the main manager has the worst customer service , she is literally so rude , I don't know I say take your business somewhere else.

All in going to say is THANK U. I was able to pay for my dogs surgery, thanks to these fine people at this branch. I came in crying because a different branch straight out told me I couldn't withdraw my own money from my CD account to pay for his surgery. And I was a mess accepting the fact that he would die because that other branch straight out told me I couldn't take my own money. But thank you south gate branch. My baby is home now recuperating and I couldmt be more Thankful for you all. I don't know how else to Thank you for assisting me in this already horrible, painful day I was going through. And for your empathy and kind words. Thank you

They deserve ZERO stars. I came in to make a deposit and I was told that they don't accept cash! This Wells Fargo does not accept cash, that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The wait time is long and the employees are in desperate need of training. I don't bank here, today I was reminded why -_- THEY SUCK!!!

Worst branch ever. We wanted to open a checking account and gave us a million excuses to not open one. The main reason why they didn't want to process the new account was because it was almost time to close and everybody was in a rush to get out. We wasted 45 minutes waiting and they didn't care. Don't come and ware your time here the bank tellers are rude and inconsiderate.

The employees who was opening my bank account gave terrible customer service and attitude. I considered leaving mid transaction and going somewhere else. The lady literally brought her manager over because she couldn't do her job herself. Which I was glad because he cleared things up. Overall will NEVER come back to this employee again.

They really need to get more workers available. This wait time for simple money orders is ridiculous. I've been here 15 min so far and there is a line of 17 people with only 1 teller available and 3 people behind the glass just walking around, some guy fixing his tie and sipping on his coffee, and another girl just tapping away at a computer. There are 5 people ahead of me so I'm going to be here another 10-15 minutes for a money order?? I have no choice to wait but I'm really disappointed with this wait time and customer service.
