We came here to get a battery or alternator check. Super impressed with both the professionalism and knowledge of the employee Brady. We have only had this vehicle a few months, and he knew exactly what we needed without having to look things up. He is also friendly. I observed a few other interactions in the store, as well as a couple of local guys saying they come here because these guys know what they are talking about.
As visitors to the area, we appreciate Brady making a stressful situation less stressful. Thank you!

I purchased a new phone charger here for $20 since Tahoe is a "tourist destination" but it was garbage and took 12 hours to charge a phone.

The quality of this store has declined! Not only the quality of the parts, but the service too! I took my battery in and it was never charged. I took it to o'Reilly's and it was charged as it should have been at auto zone. Another time: I just bought a part for my car and there were nuts & bolts missing. They said they'd get a new part sent in from Gardnerville later that day but it didn't arrive. I waited and the part that was supposedly new , came in missing the same parts. (Yes, it was supposed to come with these parts.) I'll be going to o'Reilly's from now on , because now I know they even have better quality car parts!

We went to Autozone to inquire about purchasing chains for our rental. Although we didn't purchase chains (they were expensive), the staff was really helpful.

Good place to get parts for your vehicle. We visited over the weekend and needed to get a replacement part. They also have all the tools you need to get the job done. I picked up a serpentine belt, gloves, and a set of Duralast sockets to get the job done.Keep in mind this location with other stores in this area closes earlier than what you may be used to.

Sold me snow chains without seals; I’m not a snow-experienced person and didn’t know about how the chains should come wrapped. I changed my mind and tried to return them 30 min after purchase and they didnt accepted claiming I used them. The manager, who sold me the chains, seems like he just forgotten about it and rejected the return. I feel scammed as didn’t even know the chains were wet!!! So they were used and sold to me taking advance of my ignorance.

I received excellent care from a gentleman by the name of Adam. Not only was he professional he was very kind and caring. He installed a battery in my 1991 Toyota. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like Adam. He went far and beyond his duties and I appreciated that.Thank you Adam

Love this place, but whoever this Adam guy is needs to chill out and calm down. Saw him interacting with a foreigner in a very unprofessional and aggressive matter and it made me uncomfortable. Everyone else working there is awesome
