“I had a 10+/10 experience at Lake Tahoe Computers. Julio and Mila were so incredibly nice and helpful. I spilled coffee all over my MacBook and it got into the vents. Since I drove down from Tahoe City, they made sure they were able to take a look on the same day. After a thorough clean, it turned on! But the keyboard and mouse were not working. Julio went above and beyond by getting my bluetooth mouse and keyboard connected, and tested it several times to make sure I could get back to work. They also gave great recommendations about next steps, as there was damage that was not reversible. I'm happy to have some time to plan the next move and ESPECIALLY that I didn't lose my data. Thank you LTC!!”

“I called ahead about whether they had a specific adapter, and they were very helpful. I was asking for the wrong thing, but they asked what I was trying to do and they made sure I got the right cable.”
