“We never missed going to this gift shop every time we visit South Lake Tahoe for a few years now, and we haven’t been disappointed. They have a lot of beautiful items to choose from. Especially with the recent globe/lamp we purchased this September 2025. You could also purchased their items online and they will delivered it to you through a reliable carrier. Which I did purchased two more globes/lamps recently, because it’s so beautiful, colorful, and unique. We definitely recommend this gift shop if you’re visiting South Lake Tahoe.”

“Cabin Fever is hands down one of the best souvenir shops in Tahoe! The owner, Terry, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We’re definitely not the easiest shoppers—we’re very particular—and Terry was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we left happy.
She helped us hand-pick everything, and even went into the back storage multiple times to double-check sizes and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
The store itself has a fantastic selection and is packed with unique, locally made products that feel authentic to Tahoe rather than the typical generic tourist souvenirs. You can tell a lot of thought goes into what they carry.

Nestled away in a small mall right off the strip, this store has everything a pirate could need, and everything the rest of us do too. On my latest visit, I found cute gift items, costumes and supplies, plus punny t-shirts. They also have jewelry and practical items like bottle openers, socks, gloves, and clothing. Check it out.”
