Place is in a great location, many places with in walking distance. Room had a few issues, floor wasn't clean in room and restroom. Also there was no table with chairs, had to sit on bed to eat. They have no front desk employees, everything is electronic check in. They text you your door lock code that doesn't work until 4:00 pm and you email that you are checking out by 11:00 am. Price was in middle of value compared to other places in same area.

Avoid this place if at all possible! Unstaffed hotel and completely unresponsive to calls/email. Even though all requested information was submitted prior to arrival, never received any response or room number/key code by the evening of check-in. Of course, no employee was present on site, nor was there any answer or response to repeated calls and emails. Spoke to a guest currently staying there who told me multiple people had run into the same issue and that the rooms were very dirty. Also, there had been no response to requests to have the rooms cleaned. In the end, 4 hours were wasted attempting to contact someone, and, ultimately, reaching out to customer support with Hotels.com for assistance in resolving the matter, and finding another place to stay for the night.

I have never experienced a more unprofessional, unpleasant staff before. It is a contactless hotel, I did not receive the information for the room such as room code/room number, I emailed and called but couldn't get a hold of anyone. By this time, another couple had been on the phone for two hours trying to get their room info and or a refund. Another couple came out and said the staff of the hotel room had yelled at them when trying to get their room info. It wasn't until I reached out to booking.com, who then reacted out to the property that they finally sent the room information over. The booking.com agent even told me that the hotel representative wasn't pleasent. At this point, I was very dissatisfied and wanted a refund. I contacted the hotel, finally got a hold of Lauren and she was the most unprofessional rep I have ever spoken too. She kept getting me mixed up with other customers who she had yelled at previously (honestly think she could have been drunk) she would apologize then immediately be combative. She kept putting words in my mouth but eventually, she said they could offer a 50% discount, then got mad some more and lowered it to 25%. Anything I said set this woman off. I reached back out to booking.com who had to send the email over for the refund and surprise surprise, the hotel never responded. I would highly suggest picking another hotel, there is one called 3 peaks resort down the way who were amazing.

I would not recommend ever staying here. Here are my reasons:
1- They put some kind of fake lavender sent into the air conditions unit. When we first entered the room I thought I was going to be sick. I am very sensitive to this, and I’m glad I was able to figure out where it was coming from so I could get it out of the room. It was a gross clump of powder or puck of something.
2- This was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. It was extremely soft and sank to the center. It hurt my back so bad it was waking me up every night. Nothing I do gets me in a comfortable sleeping position, and it made falling asleep extraordinary difficult and staying asleep impossible. Love a restful vacation!
3- The floor is disgusting! My feet are turning black seconds after getting out of the shower. It’s like they have never been mopped, only swept. I wish I remembered to pack some slippers. I’m so grossed out!

The management here is awful, rude, and intoxicated! The check in system is not only incredibly confusing, it is faulty. Whether you are booking third party or direct, they use a “contactless check in” which means there is nobody in the office, ever. Check in time is at 4pm, so according to the instructions online, you should receive a confirmation text with your room number and room code after checking in online before 4pm. However, you will not receive a text. There was about 4-6 groups of folks needing a room at the same time as me, who all had the same issue. After literally hunting down a phone number, (since the office number goes straight to voicemail) we were connected with a woman named Lauren, who claimed to be the manager.
Not only was she INCREDIBLY rude, she was very obviously INTOXICATED!! After waiting 2 hours for our room code, we just wanted a refund and to be on our way. She very rudely refused, and struggled to get the correct information to get us the room code. The entire conversation, she was slurring her words, and kept losing track of what she was doing and seemed to forget why were on the phone!! Another customer complained of the same, as we all stood outside of the office waiting.
The rooms are fairly clean but incredibly overpriced for the size, location, and service. I cannot recommend AGAINST this place enough. Please do not waste your time and money at this location.

Best part about this hotel was it was in walking distance to the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Caesars Republic. The room was okay, and the vanity area was kind of small to be shared by 4 women!

The check in process was a little bit of a hassle. It’s contactless check in. When I tried to check in through their link it kept telling me I was using the wrong card. But I wasn’t. When I got there I couldn’t find anyone who worked there. Luckily after walking around the property I found the manager (who was so nice) and told me it was an Expedia glitch? But she had my reservation and let me in. I never saw her again through my stay and they didn’t answer the phones so if I hadn’t found her idk what I would’ve done. I ran into a couple other people in the parking lot throughout my trip that seemed to be having similar issues.
Pros: Good location. Decent rooms. Nice employee. The keyless entry is nice.
Cons: The room was a little dirty with old food on top of the fridge and hair in the shower. Check in process isn’t very efficient. There’s an extra $150 fee when you check in for damages. You get it back (I still haven’t though) but it took a big hit out of my daily budget. I didn’t see anything about the fee until the morning of in their text. My neighbor said the same thing.
The room was comfortable but I am not sure I’d stay again because the check in process makes me nervous. I don’t want to end up stuck with no where to go because my check in on the website isn’t working.

Would have picked zero start if that was an option. This hotel doesn’t have any staff to check you in or for any emergency assistance at any time of the day and night! I booked a room here a week before my trip through Priceline and got the confirmation email and the confirmation number. Upon arriving at the hotel at 8:30 pm, there is no front office and they want us to checkin though an app. You should have your telephone number or the booking confirmation number registered by the hotel staff to checkin. Both these didn’t work for us to login into the app. The hotel number and some emergency numbers listed there sent us to voice mail. Literally nobody on site to help with any emergency or help their guests! Someday staying at the location spoke to us and mentioned that they had to struggle to checkin, but their booking number was registered in the app. We had to walk to other hotels around at that time in the night to find another room for the night. Had the worst experience with them! Additionally they have hotels adjacent to them with loud parties that go on all night! You’ll have no peace or quiet if you manage to checkin into the hotel. One of the hotel owners next door mentioned that they frequently have this hotel guests coming to them asking for room since they aren’t able to checkin! I had to wait for 2 hours to get a callback from Priceline to get a refund for my booking! These hotel folks are not fit to be in service business.

My partner and I stayed at Lake Ridge this past weekend before the resorts closed down. I called the hotel multiple times with questions and Lauren was always kind, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The check in process was completely new to me but very easy to do. The room was very clean with plenty of towels and a comfy king mattress. Thanks for a great stay, Lake Ridge Hotel team! I would definitely stay here again.

I'm not sure this hotel is real. Or maybe their website got hacked. I used to stay here often a couple years ago, but there's new management now. After booking a room through their website listed here, I received an email from myshop.com telling me I had to fill out a form on hive-o.com, which never loaded for me. They had a mobile app which didn't work either. I then cancelled my reservation. A week later my credit card was used for some fraudulent charges, and this seems the most likely source - especially since they occurred on the dates I had booked.

We're coming to Tahoe for my grandmas funeral next week. We were trying to call for help as we had questions about the booking process. First time I called the lady didn't really answer my question and was short on the phone. My mother called back and it was a guy he literally didn't even answer my mom's question said thank you hung up in her face didn't wait for a response like we were bothering them. We will be looking for another option. Too bad cuz we were all going to stay a total 4 families.

Unexpectedly canceled my reservation one week before arrival, even though it was booked way in advance.

Newly remodeled and definitely better than the outdated hotels and Casinos in the area. Room was large and large bathroom with a great shower and tempurpedic bed. Heater worked great.
Room 101 wasn’t as thoroughly decorated as the photos on the website, barely anything on the wall and only one side table and lamp while the photos show two. The cable channels only about 20 of them were a strange mix. But for $100 a night I’ll definitely stay here again!
Check in is super easy, done ahead of time and the room code is sent directly to your phone so no waiting in line.
The best location close to the center of all the action and restaurants.
Will definitely stay here again.
