I would rate Liberty Utilities zero stars if possible. The staff often come across as either unprofessional or insincere. There is a clear lack of communication with customers and between their own departments.

There is a reason this is a one star company. Melissa was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever talked to on the phone when I called them because I hadn’t received a bill in three months. He then proceeded to tell me it was my fault but couldn’t back it up with billing. It’s sad. They have a monopoly in our area.
