This studio has a great selection of classes and every teacher has been amazing. It's also clean and well stocked with equipment!

Great class and nice space. I was in town on vacation and watched to start my day off with yoga so I went to the slow flow- heated class and it was great. The instructor was great, room was warm, welcoming and relaxing. Would definitely return.

Love love love! The Hot Vinyasa with Kayla is my favorite, but all the instructors ate special in their own way! There is something for every level and each class is better the more you go!
OMNI is South Lake Tahoe's only infrared heated studio. We offer an array of vinyasa, sculpt, yin, and therapeutic yoga classes. Also, our barre, fitness group sessions include resistance and lightweight. Enjoy dance classes too, contemporary dance, jazz, or urban fit to keep your cardio up! Lastly, we are also Tahoe's only pole fitness space, equipped with eight 11' poles for the explorer looking for a fun, new and empowering workout in a group setting. Also, our poles can be rented for bachelorette and birthday groups as well as experienced pole performers prepping for competitions. OMNI is truly a hub for keeping your mind positive and inspired, your body active and moving, and to keep your spirit wild.
