The best customer service I’ve ever had and the employees were happy to share all the nuances and stories behind the clothes. Products were also excellent, on the expensive side for sure, but they offer free lifetime repairs for everything.

Went here while hiking the PCT to get some of my Patagonia pieces of clothing patched up. Colleen was super helpful and did a wonderful job on me and my friend's clothes. What could not be patched was happily replaced without a fuss. 10/10, would shop here again.

Ryan was awesome. I came in with an old Patagonia fleece I’ve had for years that was missing a button and he fixed it for me in less then a minute. Great customer service! You don’t find a lot of places like this anymore.

I absolutely love this store — it’s my favorite! The people who work here are the reason I keep coming back. Every staff member is amazing, so helpful, and truly goes above and beyond to assist.
This past weekend, Liz and two other team members helped me find the perfect jacket for my mom. Their patience and dedication made the experience so smooth and enjoyable!

We stopped by to check out the sale. And Colleen was super helpful. I was wearing my well loved Patagonia Nano Puff which had a small tear. She fixed it up in the store and it was as good as new! Great service and super friendly.

Akram, Cyo, and Colleen are the dream team!!! The sweetest ladies that connected with us, educated us on the products and helped us find the perfect 3-1 jacket for our 5 month old baby. They also told us about the COOLEST program that Patagonia offers, Worn Wear. When our baby grows out of his jacket we can bring it in and trade up for a gift card. It makes us feel great about buying quality products for babies. Also, Cyo generously patched both my husband and I’s micropuffs. Thank you!!

Liz and Ryan were amazing ! I had purchased a jacket back home that didn't fit right ... they exchanged the jacket for correct size no quitions asked .. totally recommend this store and Liz!!
