“Coming from North Upper Truckee this is the closest post office was bit reluctant to come here because there is one review only and not very good. However I glad I did, the post lady that helped me was super friendly and efficient. I wish I remember her name big kudo to her she deserves a 6 stars for customer service! I hope her manage sees this review I was there 12/28 around 400pm.”
“We were expecting a home delivery. We were waiting out front and the USPS delivery driver drove right past us. Then Marked the package undeliverable. Update: A supervisor reached out and rescheduled the delivery. She was very professional and understanding. Delivery driver 1 star. Supervisor 5 stars”
