I have lived in South Lake Tahoe for well over 20 years and when people come in to rent skis, I always help them. We always go to powder house. The staff is incredibly friendly with a genuine desire to help out. Additionally, the prices are very fair.

We are locally owned and operated with 6 locations around the Heavenly Village and Heavenly California Base. We are close partners with Sierra at Tahoe Resort as well and a number of our services make it easy to visit all resorts in the Tahoe Basin such as Kirkwood, Palisades and Northstar. In addition to Skis and Snowboards we also rent Winter Jackets and Pants, \Snow Blades and Snow Skates to be able to enjoy the winter in a number of ways. Our Ski Boot Fitters are the best in the basin and our Ski and Snowboard Tuning Center is top of the line.
